I asked if a filling can be done they advised me against it. shortly after our 6 month check up my son began to complain about extreme pain. when I brought him in they advised they can only sedate the patient & extract. I asked if a pulpotomy could be done they said no. in my professional opinion they did not do any of the other procedures (which were much less invasive) because state insurance only pays for prevention. its unfortunate the insurance doesn't pay but this is malpractice & needs to be investigated. If I could prevent one child from losing a tooth & pain from this review that would be great! I was in dental for 10 years & am fully aware of procedures & insurance

New to the area and generally skeptical of dental practices, I was careful in my search for a new…read moredentist in the Lake Stevens, WA area. My wife and daughter had been to two different places in town and wouldn't recommend them. After checking the reviews here, I called the office to find them welcoming and set an appointment for some immediate dental work I needed done. I requested a call should they get a cancellation. While I found the online Patient Forms rather cumbersome, I guess that's what is required these days. I received a courteous call informing me of a cancellation and I went to the office a couple of hours later. I checked in with the friendly staff and waited only moments before being called back to a treatment room. The dental assistant was very nice, got me situated, confirmed why I was there, took an x-ray and told me the Dr. Tsen would be in shortly. He came in promptly, introduced himself and explained in detail the work he was going to do and got started. I was informed of every step of the procedure in real time and felt a sincere caring on his part and the desire to do the best dentistry he could. He worked efficiently and I was soon on my way. I highly recommend the office staff and dental team at Lakeview Dental Clinic.
