I read some of the reviews on here and felt the need to counter some of those negative ones. Dr. Saggu and her team are excellent professionals. Since I started with her about three years ago, I have seen three or four different doctors. Each one of them was excellent and helped me. I understand the reviews about the marketing - there is a push to refer other people to chiro. Although I may appear to be a money grab, Dr. Saggu is sincere in her desire for everyone to heal from chiropractor treatments. I am glad I referred my friends -- all three people I referred were grateful for the relief they got from treatment. The financing process does seem complicated but when it is done, you know exactly what you are paying upfront. My insurance covers almost all of my bills. My brother only pays $10 a copay. I encourage you to give Dr. Saggu and her team a try. read more

A little ways back they started a bogus policy about having new x-rays if a current patient had not visited in 3 or 6 months. They sent my wife back today and all she did was suffer. I know when my Atlas is out and my wife knows when her Atlas is out. All they needed to do was adjust her. I see this as a scam to bill because they can. Postponing an adjustment is cruel. I was raised to view all chiros as quacks, simply out to take your money with an artificially inflated frequency of visits in a treatment plan. But I have scoliosis and tremendous neck pain, so I was desperate to try anything to help. I'm so glad someone told me about this office. Lake Meridian Chiropractic is amazing! I had not been to a chiropractor in the past, but LMC has changed my impression about chiropractors. I'm very surprised at how much better I feel from such gentle, painless treatment. The entire staff works well together to ensure a great experience every time. This place welcome you with a nice marketing mug, meaning a nice ceramic mug with their logo and name for you to help them market their office. That warm feeling fell short when you get a bill for 1 minute laser treatment that you were never told it was a fee of $25 a piece. You get all types of xray taken and were told this and that..first treatment was administered and you came back again. This time the treatment was as if you were the punching bag, the Chiropractor was triggered happy with his manipulation device. From neck to ankles, the next day i was bruised at the area the device was pressed on and sore all over, i had chiropractic treatment before and this is not normal. I came back two days later, treated by the same chiropractor. Told him how I felt and he asked me "did you iced" seriously!?!?!? i came in as a wellness treatment to maintain and was left with soreness after the second treatment. Then i got the bill for the laser treatment which i didn't realized as i was never told there was a cost, otherwise i would opt out of it. Needless to say this place left a bitter tasted and i would not recommend this location to anyone. I am looking at other chiropractic office to go to, never coming back...be warned!! I was recommended to this facility by my neurologist to help with migraines. After my initial appointment they recommended I return 3 days a week for 8 weeks. I'm not sure about anyone else out there but who has 3 days a week to see a chiropractor? Anyways- I followed suit and after week 5, there was zero improvement. I finished the treatment with zero results and every single visit my atlas was 'out'. This treatment might work for some, but it definitely was not for me. There was just some concern to me how quickly they turn patients, it didn't really seem like they listened. Some visits were 10 minutes with 40 minutes of waiting in the lobby. The notorious move was they come in and adjust your atlas, say 'I'm going to let you rest for a moment that was a big adjustment' then go adjust a couple other people and come back. Billing is also a nightmare- got a bill from them yesterday- 7 months after my last visit... read more

This is my first ever Yelp review. I've been going to Lake Meridian for 5 years I am really disgusted with what Dr. S is pushing here. I wish "No stars" was an option. I have never been completely happy with this office; There is an obvious "push the patients through" feel and incompetent and disingenuous reception personal that me and my family have accepted. The money grab vibe with this office is blatantly obvious. Nearly every time I go in they want me to come back weekly. I prefer to go a few times a year . Of course they don't like this, but I'm not a conformist. My visit this week after 6 mos they made me go thru almost a new patient routine and already implied I was going to have new x-rays even though I had no pain. I just needed an adjustment to get my neck back on track as I tilt right in my occupation field as dental hygienist. I felt they have an orchestrated template they were applying to me to get new x-rays, but more importantly my time and money. I've been getting atlas care for 25 years and I was with Dr. Stein for most of those in Kent but Kent meridian is definitely not the same calibur. I walked out and was so disgusted how Dr. S is training their new recruit and reception. It's sad because I realize how atlas adjustments help me. I will never go to this office again. read more

So thankful a friend referred me to this amazing place. I had an MRI that showed 2 bulging discs. L-4/L-5 and L-5/S-1. Both discs were pinching nerves in my right hip and leg. My leg was completely numb from the knee down and I had not control of it. 6 weeks later, no pain and my leg is back to normal. I am going to continue to follow the treatment plan. They have given me my life back and can't wait until next spring where I should be playing pain free golf again. read more

Friendly to an extent, except if you ask for your records to be forwarded, then you get a sense they are perturbed with you. On some days, you can wait as long as 25 minutes in the waiting area to be called back. Just depends on the day of the week (Mondays are popular) and if you come in when everyone else does....AFTER WORK. The place is very clean though and I liked that. The docs are friendly and seem to be pretty caring. Here's a caveat: If you don't respond and feel a difference in your pain/problem after about 6 visits, consider the fact chiropractic care is not for your issue. They have you sign up for two different programs. Of course you can cancel at any time, but the programs give you the impression that perhaps you can be cured by the end date. I had many, many treatments and spent alot of money for it all and I still have the same problem! read more

I have been going to a traditional chiropractor for over 20 years, after each visit I would get that immediate relief but my lower back never felt any different always stiff lots of pressure and a dull pain that never went away. After my first adjustment with Dr. Lorharun I felt immediate relief in my lower back and haven't had pain or stiffness in my back since it's been about 3 weeks. I can not say enough about the care I've received at Lake Meridian Chiropractic. I'm shocked to see any negative reviews on Yelp. I've seen other Chiropractor's and always been happy with their service and adjustments, but I was referred to Lake Meridian recently and it is almost night and day the difference in care. The x-rays that were taken at my first visit really helped them understand where I was having issues. They asked so many questions during my consultation that really helped narrow in on my 'problem' areas. I've been seeing them regularly now and I feel so so much better. I could seriously go on about the great care I receive there. I also really appreciate how understanding they are about me bringing in my son with me to my appointments. Thank you! read more

Great chiropractors! I have had 2 major surgeries including a hip replacement. I have neck back and hip pain occasionally. I also have inserts in my shoes and I wobble a bit. This is the first chiropractor I've seen and I cant believe how much relief and balance I get from such a quick non intrusive procedure. I was wary to go see a chiropractor because of my surgeries but now I recommend them for anyone who is having almost any type of body pain. If you're skeptical dont be...Dr Saggau is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for 30 years. read more

This is my first appointment with them and I was scheduled for 11 and it is now 1150 and I still haven't met with anyone. I don't care how great a practitioner is, I just can't spare that sort of time. Unfortunately, other reviews on here and elsewhere seem to suggest this is regular practice for them. Okay, it is 12 and I just saw someone and they STILL haven't done an adjustment. If time is important to you, I'd suggest going elsewhere. I haven't had a problem with any of the doctors, but my husband and I will not go back because they have messed up our billing every single time. I won't go into every one of the problems because this would be even longer than it is already. However, I just received a bill from an appointment dated 1/4/2017 along with some from the end of 2018. I already took care of payments from 2017. I am double-insured, but do pay a small co-pay. The previous bill I received was at the end of October which stated that my final balance owed. I really don't think I owed it, but paid it in full on 11/5/18. Now I get another bill with previous appointment dates that were already on the other bill, plus nowhere does it show that I made a payment on 11/5. I called and didn't get upset (because they have always been nice there), but this has just been an ongoing problem. Also, the turnover of employees and doctors seems way too high. Every time I go in it seems another doctor is gone. What's wrong that people keep leaving? Well, now I guess a couple of patients are leaving, also. read more

Decent but when my wife went back later to get a copy of her records they were very unhappy to provide them. My wife had to go back a second time to get the number of visits added to the record and even then the information was only hand written and not with their letterhead. My wife had to staple a business card to the top paper. These people are happy as hell when they are billing $150 a visit and put the little clicker 3 or 4 times on the neck but not too happy to see you if you re not a paying customer. This place has saved my life. I used to see a non atlas orthogonal chiro and suffered from horrible neck pain for YEARS. My general Heath doctor has been begging me to come to this place for years and I didn't because I live in Enumclaw, but fonce my neck got so bad I was desperate to try anything. I will NEVER go back to manual adjustment. I have never felt this good in my life, the atlas orthogonal works amazing for me and is painless, unlike manual manipulation. The staff is SO NICE! All the DOC's are great! I've sent some referrals here and they mail me gift cards to Starbucks to thank me! They are even fixing my TMJ which the oral specialist couldn't even help me with! I have been going to Lake Meridian Chiropractic for years and I couldn't do without them. I'm not really on a set schedule. I come as needed because I frequently mess myself up with yard work or moving heavy items that I really shouldn't attempt to move. 90% of the time, one adjustment is all I need; however, if I need to schedule a follow up I'm always able to get in. I've read a few reviews about waiting to get to a room and that happens from time to time; but only because they are attempting to accommodate as many patients as possible. They listen carefully to whatever your current discomfort issue is, and they are definitely worth the wait. I would never consider going anywhere else. read more

My husband and son have been using Lake Meridian Chiropractic for about 2 years, now. We are very pleased with their office. Everyone is always friendly and polite. They work by appointment, but also accept walk-ins. We've had to call many times to make changes to appointments, and they have always been very accommodating, working us in as close as possible to the day/time requested. The office is comfortable and the wait isn't bad at all (not sure about walk-in's, but by appointment we've never had to wait more than about 10-15 minutes over our scheduled time, on busy days. Usually we're right on time or even early in to see the doc.) My son was diagnosed with scoliosis when he was 3. We were told by the "experts" at Children's Hospital that he would have to have "intervention" (meaning rods in his back or a brace 24/7 when he was around 5 yrs old.. that's the best they could offer) On the suggestion of a friend, we took him to Dr. Saggau, who uses Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic. He's been receiving weekly treatments over these 2 years. The last visit to the "expert" at Childrens' was in January. He was amazed at how well my son looked. There had been a little change for the better, instead of the expected large change for the worse. The treatments have kept his spine from getting worse, which is amazing considering the growth spurts he's undergone. He's now 7 years old and doing great. He doesn't need a brace and NO RODS in his back! Atlas Orthogonal is unlike any chiropractic treatment I've ever seen, it's much more gentle and effective. (No torquing or cracking involved!) Some of the chiropractors we "interviewed" (before allowing anyone to touch my child's back) just plain scared me! I am so glad we found Dr. Saggau! My husband's back and neck have benefited, as well. He hit the top of his head while coming up some stairs (there was an overhang and he stepped "up" full-force into it) and suffered neck pain/headaches afterward. That is being resolved. Each visit eases it a little more. The headaches are almost gone, instead of a constant, daily occurrence. We will continue to use Lake Meridian Chiropractic for as long as it takes. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality care from friendly and caring doctors. read more

Absolute worst experience ever at a chiropractic clinic. Went there a total of 5 times. Where the methods they used never helped. Spent almost less then 5 min per visit that did absolutely nothing. I had to seek out another chiropractor to finally get it to where I did not have pain in my back (if you need that number 253-394-3098 and I'll refer you to a clinic with great reviews). Finally there billing went there in July of 2015, asked them what my insurance covers they said only thing I have to pay is co pay all else is covered. After I stopped going not once did I recover a call or bill. Then March of this year 2016 they send me a bill for 10.45 that I owe them, to turn around send a bill for 166.13. What made it worst is they said I'm over 120 past due on a bill I never received and not even a call. Oh and yes the wait times are horrible for a 3-5 min visits with a clicker gadget to your back and neck. read more
