Eager and excited to find a well rounded physician, I hung up and rearranged my finances to pay for services. I called back multiple times less than an hour later, no answer. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. This clinic is acting like a concierge service but you will a classic clinic experience. Buyer beware.

I have been a patient of Allergy/Immunology for over 15years. The swiftness of diagnosis, the…read moreexcellence of care, concern and the education these physicians have to find answers to very rare conditions is unmatched. A very well organized office. The usual rooms to see patients with allergies; quite a few private, individual rooms (with color TV's) for patients who get IV's for immune problems and/or other related problems needing an IV treatment; such as skin conditions, arthritis, anything requiring an IV. Yes, some of the rooms need to be updated but you're just there to be seen not to be in luxury. The I infusion rooms have a nice lounge chair to relax, or to fall asleep in if needed. Most of the front desk staff are friendly (with a few who are not- which is in any office) and efficient. There is a lab on site too. Doctors are very up on their skills and knowledge. You can be seen in a individual visit; or while receiving a longer IV, the Doctor can see you then. The office has grown considerably over the years; most Doctors stay a long time. They have some staff that will help you with your insurance companies; as well as a prescription dept. to help with refills or any issues. They also will help with discount programs that are available if you're eligible for infusions Overall, I have never felt rushed, my Doctor of many years still listens carefully slo g with the other physicians in the office Highly recommended.

Dr. Cirino's has patient visits at 2 locations, on Green Road in South Euclid and on Solon Road in Solon. At both locations I have gotten through my appointments in a reasonable time. Thankfully I am relatively healthy and Dr. Cirino has helped maintain my health and encourages me to keep going in the process. During the annual check ups Dr. Cirino takes time to talk to me and to actually discuss what I am doing and what I need to know. His staff is very good at doing any extra diagnostic testing such as EKGs. My prior primary care doctor was a bit difficult for me; he had different patient tiers with extra charges to provide additional services. This became an issue when I needed my regular long term prescription renewed, I either had to pay an additional fee or come in for an additional visit. Dr. Cirino's office has handled prescription renewals with little fuss and no additional cost. I have been very happy with Dr. Cirino as my primary care doctor. I appreciate the way he handles his practice and how he relates to me as a patient.
