Get there on time and am waiting, finally brought into pre-op and they all of a sudden (first time I have ever needed one for surgery) they want to bill my insurance for a drug test. Tell them they are fine to take blood (showing what drugs I would be on) but they want a urine test... Empty bladder, going into surgery, can't have any liquids. 20ml/hr on an IV drip will make me pee? 20 ml is less than a ketchup package you get from a fast food place. So the nurse threatens me that they will get a catheter and cath me for a urine sample. I'm there for an elective surgery, I am not coming from a jail or anything court ordered, so threatening to stick a tube up my penis was enough for me to pull out the IV and leave. To justify the abuse the anesthesiology put down that I was scratching like a opioid junkie going through withdrawal. Let's just pull the surveillance tape and catch the SOB in a lie. We were assured she would get a low to the ground bed with guard rails and mats in case she got out of bed, because she fell previously at Menorah Park (similar situation), and twice in her home. Who knows how long she was down. She broke her hip and had another head injury. Avoid this place like the plague. Disgusted and extremely angry.

Eager and excited to find a well rounded physician, I hung up and rearranged my finances to pay for services. I called back multiple times less than an hour later, no answer. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising.
