He evaded the question several times, then got extremely rude with me. I went in for a rapid antigen test for Covid and for Flu. Ben told me I would only be paying the $125 out of pocket fee as long as my tests weren't sent to a lab. I got my test results within 15 minutes. My tests were not sent to a lab. I was then charged an additional $200 due to "the test being sent to a lab" - even though the samples were never sent to a lab. Ben did not offer any help whatsoever. He spoke to me like a conceited know-it-all, then he asked me to leave the building - while picking up the phone as if he was going to call the police. He acted completely unreasonable. Dodged my questions, offered no help, and acted outwardly rude. I contacted corporate to dispute the charges. Ben is not an upstanding employee. Very disappointing interaction.

The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and they make you feel like a priority every time. Every doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician's assistant is well trained, thorough, and, best of all, compassionate. They listen carefully and acknowledge all concerns, and they treat each patient with respect and deference! It doesn't matter how "good" the doctor is; if good bedside manner isn't there, there isn't trust. Plus, the doctor on staff one day was able to diagnose in 15 minutes, what the local E.R. didn't do in FOURTEEN HOURS. I'm so glad that such a great resource is available so close to me!

Never in MY LIFE have I dealt with such horrible and unprofessional DOCTOR LEVEL staff. Not only did they prescribe me the wrong dosage of my controlled substance medication and REFUSED to fix it, they then call me and tell me it shouldn't have been prescribed at all - not my problem. The DID prescribe it, the mis-prescribed it, then told me too bad when asked to fix the error and that it shouldn't have been prescribed in the first place - once again, not MY fault. But yet, I'm the one who was told when I called, to "find a new doctor, that I had 3 weeks enough medication to get me through, that my pharmacy flagged the meds which is why they weren't filled (lies)" and the list goes on. I asked to speak with the medical director for several DAYS, and not until my pharamacy called did I recieve any communcaiton from him. Once I did he was rude, entitled, cut me off, and once again made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. He then said he would "do me a favor" and "not report me " (not report me for getting my prescribed medication filled? Make that make sense), he then said if I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HE'D DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND ME A REFERENCE OF A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR - no surprise here, but I never heard another word from him. I am disgusted these people call themselves medical professionals and people have to actually trust them with their lives. DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY. I've been to this MinuteClinic (located with CVS) several times. I think there was only one time…read morethat I had an extended wait time but overall I've had pleasant experiences. I strongly suggest registering your appointment online ahead of time. That way it's a quicker check-in when you arrive at the location and sometimes you can bypass others who did not set up their appointment online. In fact, a patient complained that I was called in before he was but the nurse practitioner politely explained to him that I probably checked in online previously (which I had) whereas he probably just walked in. After suffering for weeks I went here today and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and mild bronchitis, ugh! The nurse practitioner was great - she was knowledgeable and friendly and explained things in detail. The best part is that I really felt she sympathized with my discomfort. She wrote me up the prescriptions I needed - I can't wait to start feeling better.

Wouldn't recommend going here for a couple of reasons. I visited this UH urgent care on 5/28/2024…read moredue to hurting my back. First, I've never seen an urgent care that won't see a patient if they haven't met their deductible and they require you to pay the full cost of the appointment up front if you haven't met your deductible. Which for me this wasn't a problem because I've already met my deductible, but I saw several people come in and struggle with this issue and this could be especially problematic if you have other claims pending where you may essentially end up overpaying your deductible then fighting for your money back. However, my main concern as the results of my X-ray came back in MyChart while I was waiting for the nurse practitioner to come back. The X-rays showed a mild case of an issue that could get worse if untreated, but the nurse practitioner came back and told me everything looked good. When I asked her about it she said I'd need to show her what I was looking at as if she didn't even read the results in detail. Then the nurse practitioner told me to follow up with my PCP, but it's troubling that if I wouldn't have noticed it I wouldn't have known about it. Would definitely avoid this location and go to another hospital systems urgent care.
