I called and they told me a manager had to call me back. I waited an hour, and tried to call back but it said they have caller restrictions that prevent me me from calling. I called on wifes phone and they answered I told them the issue and he said the same thing the manager will have to call me back. I waited 10 min tried to call back from wifes phone and it to is now on restricted. I was not rude or angry with them. I would suggest no one buy from them this is to shady.

I got a teriyaki chicken combo plate and my husband got the shrimp and broccoli. It was a huge portion that we inhaled. There were a few people that came and went while we were there and they were helped very quickly, but we were the only ones to sit and eat. It isn't an actual sit down restaurant with service, although it seemed like it used to be. This might be one of those little gems dying out from lack of help or lack of customers. The chicken I got came in very sweet brown sauce with no heat at all almost like they forgot to add the Szechuan peppers (or at least red pepper flake), the veggies were a bit over cooked, and the chicken had little to no flavor. The Mongolian beef was in the exact same sweet brown sauce and was so lacking in beef my girlfriend questioned if it was in fact a vegetarian version. She counted two pieces of beef in the whole serving. The rice was slightly over cooked almost like what you would find on a buffet table at the end of the lunch rush. The soup was flavorful with plenty of egg, and the egg roll was crispy but similar to what you find the in the freezer section of an Asian market. The rolls were very mild and the meat and vegetables were minced very finely which made the whole thing a bit soggy. But the chicken was fantastic. Many flavors at this restaurant are muted, but not in the Three Cup Chicken. It tasted boldly of sesame and rice vinegar, with large pieces of ginger, garlic, and basil strewn liberally throughout. Highly recommend!
