Perfect spot for the kiddos of all ages. I brought a range from 2-13 and there was something for everyone! Rock climbing wall, obstacle course, bounce house, slides, video games, TVs! Kept them entertained for a few hours! Pool was private for lessons from my understanding but they had many other options that it wasn't a big deal. Decently priced food! Nothing fancy (burgers, fries, chicken) but hits the spot, especially after so much jumping and running around! read more

Went yesterday with about 6 kids for the first time, littlest being a 2 year old spent $200+ which I didn't mind, seeing how big the place was. We paid for 8 full day passes but only stayed for an hour and 30min due to all the kids walking around that didn't pay just kept walking in and talking mess to other guest. Had a fight break out in front of my 2 year old which ended our day early! Nice place if management was to do something about kids just walking in and in large group talking to others rudely! Wouldn't go back unless I hear a change about kids fighting and not being a local hangout spot. Not paying this money again to leave early because of other kids! read more

Unfortunately the website gives zero information on required height or weight to do ropes course or virtual reality. Tried to get an answer 5 days before our visit - through their social media (no response). In other words call the place and verify your child is able to do all the activities before you spend the money for all the activities. The jump area is nice and very large. read more

Very disappointed you can't bring in a water bottle. Then when you try and ask for a cup of water it's a hassle to get one. They just want you to spend more money rather than letting you bring a water in to stay hydrated. read more

Great place for kids (and adults ) My kids had so much fun. My son was disappointed he didn't to do the rope course up in the air so he advised there is a height requirement. (He's 9) besides that there is sooo much to do on the blow up course. I thought it would be little rinky dink blow ups like at the blow up places I've been to before but it isn't! It's so much better! The arcade games are also inlcuded. I thought there would be an extra cost for them but there wasn't! All in all it was a great experience! read more

First off I intentionally loved this place! Toddler time, affordable prices and seemed family friendly and it's very clean which is a big plus. The second time I came it was only coming in for VR. The front desk didn't tell me about individual packages and so we bought an hour and figured it would cover two VR games only because we weren't there to utilize any of the other activities and I specifically said that to the front desk when we arrived we only wanted VR. Anyhow we did get socks but my son did not want to jump so I spent about $26 for the "hour" and they gave us 10 extra minutes apparently. Well by the time we go to VR and place ourselves on the list which is fair, it was a 44 minute wait. So, my son was upset thinking he can't do VR twice. The game is about 5-8 minutes long. We literally have never used this area or know the rules or how it worked. So then I proceeded to talk to the front desk on our "hour and 10 minutes." I told the front desk lady that my son wanted to play twice and we really only came for that but we were on a waitlist and can we sign up again. Well the owner came over and took over the conversation Mr. Tim and I am thinking he didn't understand what I was saying or asking the front desk. He took me on a wild goose chase of analogies that didn't correlate with this particular situation and all I was trying to ask was can my son put his name twice and get a chance to play twice within the hour if he's on list and it goes over, and if that was the case I would of bought two games for $16 each instead for $32 and not cared about the $$. In addition, we played one VR game literally for $26 so who got the moneys worth, not the customer. He totally had bad customer service, combative, and threatened to post our video of us "arguing" on social media to make me look bad because I annoyed him and was talking over him he said. Which he was definitely not letting me talk and he was like confusing me. And Yea post my 11 year old son and myself. He would not let me ask my question, right in front of his employees and my son. Making everyone feel uncomfortable, at that point I was thinking omg this is suppose to be an establishment for people to go and have fun with family and for them to have the best customer service and fairness. He accused me to be "one of those people" trying to get over on his business. Well that was not true, nor was I trying to argue, I just wanted to ask a question that wasn't being answered, this business just opened and this is how they treat people? He even asked me "so what should we do to make this work?" Like a psychological tactic, because I knew what he was doing, I wasn't there to tell him what he should do in this situation, like Sir you're the owner not I. I am the customer. All I was asking was, "Can my son sign up within the same time frame twice to get on list and play twice before the hour is up." My son wanted to play his one game, of course the owner wouldn't refund which is fine so we played the one and left fast. I really was hoping to speak to the co-owner because I couldn't believe a owner of a facility would treat customers this way. If you do need to speak to a management or the owner make sure you don't come across Tim. This situation wasn't about money, because I would and could of paid for two games, nobody was trying to get over on the business. I was trying to ask a simple question which he didn't not understand then made judgement on me and ran with it and totally took what I was saying and went around and around with me. I should of walked away but I was so shocked that a company could treat the community like that and say I am "those people" what does that even mean? He showed no love or compassion. And he even knew he got upset, he even said he was. This could of been a big misunderstanding but no he Blatantly did not care or hear me out. Nothing was resolved. Please note to speak to other owner if you come across a problem or have a question. I found his name out and it's "Serge." I heard he's sweet and understanding, which like I said I wish I could have had or have a talk with him. Because this could of been a great place to utilize for my children. However, I am not gonna support that kind of business that treats the customer in a manner of such humility. read more

the owner was really out of line talking to kids. and he refused to be accountable for his tone talking to babies. Tim is not cool.

My teacher's family went to spend time at lake adventures but her kids went in the bathroom to change diapers. the manager racially profiled my teacher son because he thought he was an "adult" he's nowhere near an adult. He yelled at him, screamed at him and the baby basically saying he shouldn't be in there. He didnt say sorry or say that he was wrong. This needs to stop. Racially profiling had no need to be in that conversation. Do better read more

It was very fun and a life changing event me and my family got to see the Lake Charles area and we got to see it very safely. I had a wonderful time I suggest this place for people who like to move a lot and go on adventures. The staff acts as if they are babysitting the adults. While I understand that there is a sign that says they don't allow outside food and drinks I believe that there's a better way to handle it than asking someone to leave it in their car. Didn't expect to have my bag searched and declared that its contents were not allowed in my own private property. For context I carry a regular size backpack and was grabbing my wallet to pay for our boys to play. In doing this I removed my plastic bag from my backpack and placed it on the counter to pay. I was told by a female employee that outside food and beverages were not allowed. I responded with the statement that what's in my backpack is my business. Then she had her manager tell me that I had to physically leave the building to go put a Walgreens bag back in my car. I wish that I hadn't already paid because it was a mistake coming here. read more

The staff is trained to treat the public like thieves. When speaking to the management about self-supervising our own children that are under three years old it was such a problem the owner got involved. He was a problem too with his condescending attitude especially when he referred to my autistic two year old as a "sick child." If you want to feel unwelcome with your young children and rushed out or made to seem like a cheapskate then this is the place for you, otherwise I would go anywhere else. When our time was announced as finished there was a lady struggling with her children and the staff was urging her to get out immediately to which she replied I am trying. We live so close and we will NEVER spend our money here again. read more

This company and the owner Tim were so rude to me when trying to set up a Special Ed class for a field trip. They wouldn't return emails and when finally talking by phone he was so rude. I will never support a business that is not wanting to support special needs students! Shame on you! read more
