My website was recently hacked for the second time, and I honestly didn't know where to turn. My…read morewebsite developer had told me on multiple occasions that everything had been cleaned up, but my website was still being blocked, and anyone using Spectrum was unable to access it. I found David online, and he was a lifesaver. He immediately went to work, found everything that had been compromised, cleaned it all up, and within two days I was able to get my website back up and running and get back to business. My only regret is that I didn't find David sooner. I hope my website never gets hacked again, but knowing I have David to turn to gives me a lot of peace of mind. If anything happens in the future, I know I have someone who can quickly figure out what's wrong and get it resolved. I highly recommend David to anyone dealing with a hacked or compromised website.

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Thankfully, yelp filtered out this review so it is not directly affecting me but if you read the filtered review from 2011 on my professional profile and my review here on yelp for this business, First Impressions, you will see a completely jumbled up version of my review for an upholstery company, set into my reviews for being a Realtor, it doesnt even make sense. The couches look horrible and even though they said they have a lifetime warranty on the cushions, based on their immature behavior, I'd be afraid to bring them back for warranty because I dont trust what might occur. What could they do do damage me further? Forums like yelp are places where consumers can state their perspective but if you never worked with me professionally, logging onto my profile and blatantly lying about having ANY experience with me is a very HORRIBLE thing to do. Your person that posted that never met with me, never talked to me, never worked with me professionally.

Rather than write a long explanation of my frustration with my order of recovering two small chair cushions, that I was told would take no more than 2 days from the time they received the material. It took 8 days. I asked for a discount on my balance and Robert (who was the company mgr.) said he didn't have the authority to give me a discount. He said it would have to come from (corporate). Give me a break, this is one fairly small upholstery shop. I rest my case.......stay away from this business

Joe and Kindah are very knowledgeable and professional. They also are very conscious of turn around times. We have also had Kindah design flyers for events and they always turn out very professional. She's very innovative and great at communicating to make sure she gets it right the first time. Great working with bezign design! I would recommend them to anyone in business needing things printed, designed or needing a website.

Disappointing. Initial call with Joe was great, helped me understand all the options and pricing,…read moredecided to go with him because of the service and communication even though he wasn't necessarily the cheapest. I was helping my wife plan some custom stickers for her 30th Birthday party favours. I agreed to submit the design before the end of the day to try and get the order completed in time so there wouldn't be any rush fees. Unfortunately (my fault) although we got the designs sent over at 4:50pm, we ran in to some issues with their website not allowing us to proceed with adding the order to the basket and paying for it as the box was greyed out and it wasn't clear why this was the case. My wife (who happens to be a UX designer) tried and tried to complete the order and even after calling bezign and speaking to a colleague of Joes she wasn't able to get it done in time and eventually gave up in frustration as the time was past 5pm and had other things to sort out. I managed to get to it myself later on and figured out how to bypass the issue and submitted the order by 5:35pm, with a note explaining the issue we had with their website ordering process, hoping they might understand. I called the following morning as I hadn't received any confirmation email and spoke to the colleague who explained that on this occasion although we were a bit late, they would still fulfill the order without a rush fee, for which I was grateful - I wouldn't have minded paying extra - as they had been helpful up until this point and I apologised for the late submission. That's when things turned sour. Around 30 minutes later Joe called accusing me of trying to avoid paying a rush fee and in effect explained how this small order was not worth his time and wanted to refund the order unless I paid more. All the while I was trying to explain myself, what had happened and what his colleague and I had already agreed on. Joe was abrupt, unwilling to listen and would not allow me to speak without interruption. I was completely shocked and felt belittled as he insisted on going through the website ordering process interrogating me on what I had done, insisting there shouldn't be any issues with his website and how it was my fault for not doing it correctly. We agreed to disagree and refund the order. Although we haven't managed to get the stickers in time now for our event which is disappointing, Bezign has also lost a future customer from a fellow business owner who lives down the road in Moorpark. In my opinion this is not how business should be done, even if the customer has made a mistake. I won't be considering Bezign for any promotional products for my own business in the future. Good luck and hope you improve the website
