The IRS started sending me letters last year about additional taxes I owed for 2022. I brought these letters in to seek their professional help. They took their time, drafted some letter, all the while, penalties and fees were growing. I had to seek outside professional help who guided me to pay the rightful amount of taxes owed to the IRS to stop the bleeding. It took this new company 72hrs to take action. I reached out to the knoke group to see if they had the integrity to pay for the $1,000 penalties and fees that they caused and their reply was " we will give you $150" and wiped their hands clean of their mistake. I'm baffled by their lack. If you want overpriced service and unanswered questions this is the company for you.
