Kim was incredible! After working with our CPA for years we ran into an issue with a business name…read morechange which left us with a potential withholding from IRS of 10s of thousands of $. Our CPA couldn't figure out what the problem was. We engaged Kim's services hoping that she could figure this out. She was able to drill down on details that had been over looked and correct then with the IRS. She quite frankly kept our business going by figuring this out and saved our business from huge penalties. After this we moved all of our tax preparation & annual planning over to her both personal& business. Where she again caught a huge error on our personal property taxes made by our county...and we live in Texas! She also met with our financial planner and had him check into a few options for retirement for us not previously done...to which he came back and said she was correct and we made changes there as well which is setting us up more adequately for the future. She is amazing, thorough, direct & to the point. I appreciate how straightforward she is, I simply don't have time for long discussions and she keeps things thorough but brief. I saw a prior post about her not answering many questions for a potential client, honestly her time is $ and she's worth every penny and then some. It makes perfect sense to not hand out free tax input when it's your business. My advice is engaged her services and be patient, you will thank yourself in the end as we are now!

Communication was excellent ... quick, clear, and at just the right level. Most of my questions were answered quickly through their portal or via a quick call. Their portal is easy to use & efficient. I liked that I could actually see how each document was used, with markers showing exactly where numbers were pulled from in the PDFs. Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference. If your taxes involve more than just basic W-2s or 1099s, I highly recommend working with a knowledgeable CPA like Sam.
