I brought my vehicle in, they worked on it all day, and I paid $250 when I picked it up. Unfortunately, the stereo was not fixed. It had a noticeable reverberation issue that was not present before. When I brought this to their attention, I was told, "that's just the way it's going to be," and they refused to offer any type of refund or partial refund. During that visit, my boyfriend became frustrated and made an inappropriate comment, which I do not condone. However, we tried to handle things more appropriately afterward. The following Monday, I called again to report that the Bluetooth was also not working. They told me to bring the vehicle back in and promised they would fix it. When we returned on Wednesday morning, they took one look at my boyfriend and immediately told us to "get the f*** out" and refused to do any further work on the vehicle. At this point, I paid $250 for repairs that were not completed, and they refused to make it right or even attempt to fix the remaining issues as promised. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

They did that great. My amp didn't have 4 rca cables stretched to it so they sold me 2 adapters to get sound to all speakers. The guy said he could either rewrite the entire system and install the subs or just sell me the subs. He said 3-4 hours for the installation. I have the wires ran through the door jams (properly) and under the trim. @$50 an hour plus the $300 for the subs. I decided to simply purchase subs and try to finish the job myself. I should have stayed home and called crutchfield.com. They will walk you through and help you find the right subs to match your amp without ever leaving your house. Maybe I'm just being cranky because I just got off of night shift, but I really expected more from them and was not impressed. Sorry guys, not sorry.

"I don't normally work on that brand of stereo" was his excuse, and told me to figure it out myself. He also said that I ordered the wrong product. I ordered specifically for my vehicle and stereo. Not impressed. Their service" was almost more than what I bought my stereo for. I went to these "professionals" to get the job done fast and right the first time. He even committed…read moreinsurance fraud to make sure my vehicle was fixed (I did not have $1000 for my deductible, so he worked it in to the total, insurance paid him). After spending close to 6K on an engine replacement with Jeremy, I was assured from him personally that he has never had any problems with the engines he has purchased in the past from this dealer and he has never ever had any issues completing a warranty exchange. Warranty included parts and labor for 1 year from the date of install. Even after staying on top of oil changes and other normal maintenance required for the vehicle, less then 6 months after the replacement the engine needed replaced, AGAIN! I was given a bad engine. My original engine only needed the timing chain fixed but instead of being ethical, he wanted money. He told me I basically had to replace the engine and so I did. Since the timing chain was the only problem with my original engine and he lied to me, basically forcing me to replace the engine and not fix the timing issue. Jeremy doesn't follow any business ethics guidelines or rules and is only looking to make a quick buck when he can. I was not refunded my money, my engine wasn't replaced and not once has he offered other options to make this right so my family has a working, safe, reliable car!!!!

I stopped in to the store one afternoon because I was thinking about putting a Stinger 10" screen stereo in so I could put a backup camera in my truck. I found out that they were a dealer for the Stinger stereos so wanted to see one up close. They did have one in stock so got to look at it. He said the system was awesome. I showed him the sale theywere having on the website and since he couldn't order it for the price they were selling it for said they would install it. I also ordered a tailgate handle backup camera. I paid for the camera at that time and was handed off to the ladies up front to schedule the appt for the install. I received the stereo on a Tues. My appt was setup at 2pm on Friday. I called Wed to see if I could get in earlier and was told on Thurs at 11am. I called before I came to the store and was told the backup wasn't in and they hadn't shipped it yet. So was back to the original appt on Friday at 2pm. From the ladies up front was told the installation for the stereo was 99 dollars and the backup camera was 150. I had the vehicle there at the scheduled time and my friend and I went to eat. Was told that it would be done around 6pm which it wasn't. Was called by the person who I had first talked to the installation was an all day job and not what the lady had told me. The installation price went up to 199 then and was told that was a discounted price because of the difficulty of the installation. We were told 6:30 then and finally with not hearing from them we went to the shop to see what was going on. This was about 8pm on Friday. We got there and it wasn't even close to being installed. There was an open bottle of crown on the workbench and the one helping to install it didn't act sober. He kept telling me over and over on how hard this installation was and how this was a universal kit I ordered. I kept telling him I asked if it was the right one and was told yes and to go on and order it. He kept repeating they were another 3hrs from having it done and kept saying over and over how difficult it was. He kept telling me for me having to leave it there over the weekend and the problems of the installation he would put some new door speakers in the doors. The way I left it on Friday was I wanted the hole in the dash covered which there was a boot to cover it. He still kept saying he would fix that and put the new door speakers in it. It finally got finished Monday late afternoon. No new speakers and the hole behind the screen was not covered up. The backup camera has a terrible resolution so it is very blurry. I am not very happy with this deal at all. I have debated and debated rather I should write this and post it. I didn't get my hole filled up and didn't get the speakers.

They set me up with everything I needed and told me my appt. was at 9 am just over a week away. I let them know on the phone I was an hour away and wanted to take care of this the day we set it up to avoid multiple trips. I made it clear it was not an option if we did not do it the same day. They assured me it would be done on the day of the appt but it could take all day. I was fine with it taking all day as long as it was done in one day. Dropped it off and was picked up by a friend. That afternoon they called and told me they would need to keep it 3 more days to get it done. I wasted my entire day and 120 miles of driving in diesel. My ride wasted 50 miles of driving in gas and some of her day. Why have me come in at 9am if you are not starting in the morning? They did nothing to my truck and had it there at least 5 hours, probably more. All because they can't schedule properly. I would not have been upset if they had called the day before and asked to move mine back or done anything to prevent me from wasting all this time and fuel. All they had to say was sorry. Zero respect for my time. No offers, No deals, No coupons, Nothing to make up for screwing me over. I got sorry and asked if I wanted to schedule down the line. Maybe schedule me properly the first time.
