I want to express my appreciation for the integrity that Westlink Auto provides in their service. I…read morebrought my vehicle for diagnostic and cost quotes and unfortunately ran into some miscommunications regarding the anticipated work with the service manager. In turn this left me feeling misled. As a female customer, it can be daunting to approach major automotive undertakings and when I expressed my concern about the experience, Mike demonstrated the highest level of integrity and expressed his regret for the miscommunication. In many other service experiences, I've come across businesses and employees that will deny and gaslight customers to defend their errors. I am incredibly grateful for the honesty and decency that Westlink Auto Service provides and despite the mishap, I will be returning to this shop for all my future service needs.

They needed a fuel pump so they had me order it and send it to them for over $300. They finally called and said they couldn't figure it out that we would have to take it to a dealer. I told them we couldn't pick it up that day because my husband was working out of town, they said no problem just let them know in advance so they could get it out. It was about a month and I called to tell them we could come pick it up. They informed us that they had sold it the prior week for $300. They had our four wheeler for over 9 months but couldn't give me a month to pick it up. There reason was they have a sign on the door saying things have to be picked up within a certain time. When I dropped it off they came out and got it so I never went in or by the door to see any sign, I never signed anything saying this was told to me so we will see what the judge says. STAY AWAY!!
