    2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ

GOD Bless my new brothers General MGR Will, Owner Scott, Salesman Gabe. I am Thankful to GOD the Father and his son our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me patience to purchase a really nice 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ no hassle, honest, professional, extremely high morals and ethics, believers in faith. After months of dealing with evil at big dealerships. I shielded their arrows and let GOD show me the way and that was Select Motors. Probably spent 30 minutes 15 minute test drive and 15 minute deal made. No 3 hours or more at big dealerships where they just push and push, lie, bait and switch. Your not even treated like a person at those places. Select Motors has an A+BBB rating. No complaints in 20 years. Outstanding!!!! Avoid the evil dealerships and go to a great buying experience at Select Motors. You will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle again. I'm a brother for life with these 3 Gentlemen and I found a safe haven to purchase cars there for me and my family for life. Very Thankful for Will, Gabe and Scott.

Great place , they did not come running out and hound me or ask for my phone # like most Car salesman I liked that. Scott & Gab were pretty cool, love the Jeep I bought from them.

WORST DEALER EVER! We have been reviewing bad car deals professionally for over 17 years. A family…read morewas involved in a vehicle transaction with Eddy's Toyota November 2024, and has uncovered what appears to be major irregularities surrounding both their trade-in vehicle and their financial transaction paperwork. According to documents reviewed after the sale, the family's Toyota Prius does not appear anywhere on the final vehicle contract as a trade-in, despite the family allegedly surrendering possession of the vehicle during the transaction. Compounding the concerns, the contract also allegedly fails to reflect a separate $7,000 down payment made by the family toward the purchase. The family shared bank records clearly showing the payment was made. The situation became even more troubling after information surfaced suggesting the Prius may later have been sold in a private-party transaction for approximately $5,000, allegedly involving the dealership's finance manager. At the same time, approximately $6,400 in finance and backend products reportedly appeared within the transaction documents. The buyers, according to those familiar with the situation, faced significant language barriers and did not speak fluent English, raising additional concerns about whether the terms, products, and financial structure of the transaction were fully understood or properly disclosed. If confirmed, the circumstances could raise serious questions involving trade-in accounting, consumer disclosures, finance practices, and potential deceptive conduct.

If you make the mistake of talking to anybody there (service and parts included) they will track you down and blow up your phone regularly until the end of time (during the onboarding process they actually told us to at least get first and last name so we could at least track down said person online)! They force employees to make cold calls to anyone including people who have recently purchased a vehicle in an attempt to get said person to trade in and purchase again. If you make the mistake of shopping here and a manager comes up to you seeming happy RUN. They are about to make the absolute worst deal ever seem like you are getting the deal of a lifetime! I can go through a novel sized list of all the absolutely vile notes previous and current sales employees have left on anyone who has stopped in. Things such as "challenging their intelligence" only using less kind words or straight up using slurs to refer to someone! I could go on however I think this mostly gets the point across. Never step foot onto this business!

Time was incredibly limited as I had to report to my next base shortly after arriving stateside. I stayed in constant communication with CarMax, and they had clear notes in their system to hold the vehicle for a few days until I could finalize the purchase. Despite weeks of planning and coordination from overseas with banks, insurance companies and CarMax, I received a call on the day of the sale from the sales representative at CarMax informing me that the vehicle had been sold or shipped to another location. This was a vehicle I had carefully selected, and CarMax was fully aware of my situation and timeline. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I relied on CarMax to honor their commitment, and they completely failed me during an already stressful and time-sensitive period. This experience has been an absolute letdown, and I will never recommend or purchase from CarMax again. For a company that prides itself on customer service and transparency, they dropped the ball in the worst way possible. If you're a service member or someone on a tight timeline, I'd advise looking elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.
