Idk anyone who doesn't have a physical ailment. I explained I wanted to join this studio to improve my health. Management couldn't care less and sent me away. I am going to try a closer studio instead. This obviously isn't the place for me. Or anyone else who is disabled. *Update: now that I have raised awareness about an unfair practice, now management decides to call me. When I spoke to Rachel she could have cared less about my concerns as I did not want to lie and sign a contract that would state I'm in good health and do not have a disability or physical ailments, when I do. Management did not get on the phone then. So I do not care to return a call. I did not receive an email. I simply will take my business elsewhere. Different locations have different owners and the other locations do not at all discriminate or make you sign a contract that you are in good health when you are not. The point of physical activity I believe is to improve health no matter what stage you are in.

BarreWell changed my life…read more I can't overstate this enough, BarreWell changed my life. I was browsing Yelp a few years ago looking for a new fitness studio. I had recently relocated to Orange County, and I'll say I wasn't feeling great about my general cardiovascular health (for a 28 year old). I was looking up types of exercise that are sustainable in the long term, and I learned that Barre was a low impact type of exercise built for all bodies. Nice. I typed "barre" into yelp, and found a beautiful studio on the Mission Viejo Lake (BarreWell). As a certified yoga teacher, I would say I'm nitpicky and hypercritical as a group exercise client for validity of my review. I also lean towards group exercise because it motivates me to push harder, and BarreWell has pushed me hard over these past few years. I started by taking Cardio Dance (with Nicole), and let me tell you that this class single-handedly improved both my V02 Max and helped me regain my endurance cardio ability. Now, outside of BarreWell I've found myself surviving on dance floors for hours and back into long distance running. The class itself is a JOY. You get to have fun and dance to fun music. If this is your first time taking it, remember that no one is watching you and everyone is truly just there to have fun. Aside from Cardio Dance, I can highly recommend every other class: TRX, TRX + Bounce, Sculpt + Bounce, Sculpt, Barre, Box + Bounce. The only class I never had a chance to take was ride. If you're new to BarreWell, I'm almost a little jealous. You're entering a really welcome community of students and instructors who have reimagined exercise with fun in mind. What more could you ask for. Sign up now, you will regret not signing up sooner!

I've taken 291 classes here and counting...mostly the 6:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. classes...my favorite way to wake up, shake off the sleep, and flood my system with endorphins before the day even begins. Each instructor brings something special to the experience. Clay's Barre Elevate is a masterclass in precision and endurance; it's a full-body sermon. My arms, glutes, quads...all awakened and redefined. Kelsie's Reformer Pilates Signature classes blend strength and grace effortlessly, with flows that challenge your core and flexibility in all the right ways. Brooke's Reformer Pilates classes have pushed me to new levels, activating muscles I didn't even realize needed attention...with that perfect blend of focus, flow, and fire. Every instructor here is fantastic -- Ally, Pretty, Kari. You can tell they all genuinely care about helping you grow stronger, more balanced, and more confident. The studio also hosts periodic challenges that give you that extra push to stay consistent -- a fun and motivating reminder to show up for yourself and celebrate progress, not perfection. Redlands Barre has helped me build strength, flexibility, and confidence -- but also a deeper appreciation for discipline and balance. 291 classes later, and I still walk out taller, stronger, and a little more in love with the process.
