I'm on track to being in the best shape of my life. Initially, I expected that working with a personal trainer would help keep me disciplined and ensure I pushed myself during workouts. Cora has certainly done that--but she has also surprised me by adding value in ways I didn't anticipate. First, she really listens to my feedback and ensures that I don't get injured. In the past, when working out on my own, I occasionally hurt myself by doing exercises incorrectly. With Cora, I feel confident knowing she's watching closely and adjusting my form as needed. But what sets her apart even more is her ability to tailor my workouts thoughtfully over time. She's constantly updating and refining the exercises to ensure I don't overdevelop certain muscles or throw my body out of balance--something she refers to as "sculpting." Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. Cora is truly a master at her craft. She's in high demand, but if you're fortunate enough to get a spot with her, I can't recommend her highly enough. Trust me, it's worth it!

Training with Renato for a month was a whole new experience in exercise. 60 minutes of customized workouts that are like none I've ever experienced. Renato made me work harder than I have in a long time. The best part is I was hardly ever sore after workouts but certainly exhausted. Every workout is custom tailored to the day, and Renato's attention to detail to your workout gives you the confidence your working hard. At the end if you like, Renato will send you on your way with a most delicious protein recovery shake. Taking time off for some surgeries but will be back ASAP.
