Great dealership!…read more What I liked: Everything about this place. We went to the Knoxville Boat Show to buy two PWC's. After looking at everything available we decided on Wave Runners. The guys at Tommy's booth were very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing the contract Tommy's continued being just as helpful and were great at communication. Tommy's doesn't do a hard sell or try and sell you things you won't need and happily answers any and all questions. When the impeller pulled something in, Tommy's was quick to set up a time to get service. They don't make promises they can't keep and certainly go beyond expectations. This is the kind of business and people we like to do business with and feel lucky we bought from them. Sara and Richard are great people. I can't remember the two or three other gentlemen we met but they deserve a thanks too. Tommy and Barbara delivered the Wave Runners and gave us a quick rundown about them. It's obvious that this business is about people as much as Motor Sports. What I didn't like: Absolutely nothing to add here. Great business, great service and great people.

Extremely disappointed because I do think they could have done our job correctly but didn't. Mike…read moretalked up being a certified installer, but as soon as unanticipated delays occurred with our bench top, he cut corners to rush the job. While the initial Kerdi waterproofing seemed fine, the tile installation itself was a disaster: * Floor & Wall Issues: He left much of the work to an uncertified worker. They skipped tile levelers on our 12x24" floor tiles, leaving them uneven with sharp, chip-prone edges and deeper grout joints that capture dirt. The 24x48" wall tiles have uneven spacing, including several blind joints too small to get any tools inside to remove the bad silicone job. * Technical Errors: Mike wanted to apply epoxy grout the same day as the 24x48" tiles with zero drying time for the all set and got angry when we refused. He also skipped joint backer rods, failed to clean out the All-Set mortar in joints, and incorrectly applied silicone caulk without having which sucked into the joints as it dried. We now risk ruining the waterproofing just trying to cut out the bad silicone job. * Wasted Materials & Damaged Tile: Despite explicit requests up front, he left the most visible cuts for last. He chipped a prominent wall edge tile after using our extra tiles on previous mistakes, leaving several chipped tiles unfixed. When we calmly brought up industry standards, Mike became highly unprofessional--raising his voice, talking over us, and claiming "there are lots of ways to tile." Because he never provided a formal contract beyond the initial estimate, we were left with zero recourse. Months later, our shower remains unusable because we don't know how to repair the silicone mistake in the too-small joints. Avoid this company.

Their estimate was very competitive, but what set them apart was meeting them in person. Daniel and Aliona were very knowledgeable, professional and likeable. Throughout the job they were easy to contact, quick to reply, and showed up to the house like clockwork, every day, 6 days a week, for 3 weeks. Now here's what really impressed me- when it comes to contractors, I am very picky when it comes to the quality of the work. I am a pretty handy guy, and I wont settle for shoddy work or cut corners. I can honestly say that Daniel did the best work of anyone who has ever done work on any of my homes in 15 years. I can't find a flaw anywhere. He holds himself to a high standard, and as the job went along, if something wasn't quite right he would fix it himself before I even had a chance to mention it to him. Floors dont creak/squeak where they used to. New stairs are as solid as if they'd been carved from stone. Straightforward, honest, reliable, great communication, skilled and hard working. I can't say enough good things...Highly recommend!

I doubt I will need any foundation work again because of their quality of work, but if I need any of their services again, they will be my first and only call. - Logan

There cost was comparable to others, but also competitive. They were flexible in scheduling.    During the appointment, I'm pleased to say that this company took careful and considerate of my home and family.  The job was completed on time. They provided me complete explanation of their work and with photos. They were careful to report what had been done, and show their work. I decided to bring my place here to a local business to support the businesses around Oak Ridge and where I lived and well, I think it was an honest mistake. They were really nice when I brought it in, and told me the price right there in the parking lot. However, the prices they quoted me when I pulled in differed from the prices that I looked up on their website! If you're going to change the prices, you would think that the prices on the website would change as well... nope. Instead of what was listed on the website, a car wash as well as vacuumed interior for a total price of $29.99 (Standard Wash), I was quoted for $35 when I got there. Maybe that was a tip included? No idea. Anyways, I didn't ask any questions as that was a local business. Will I bring my car to get it washed here? I don't know, I might have second thoughts. They also do window tinting here which is pretty nice and I will probably consider bringing my car to get that done here as I saw the equipment used was pretty good and they also give a lifetime warranty. However, when it comes to tinting it usually lasts forever if it's installed correctly. If you have a trunk. Make sure you pop that open for them to vacuum as well. I didn't and well, wasted some money in the process and not getting everything I paid for. My fault.
