I get transferred from FFB, Live Oak, FL to FFB Loan Services in Virginia Beach, VA and still no one can answer one single question, much less two. The most frustrating experience I have ever had with a bank. I would not recommend First Federal of Florida for any type of loan. They do not seem to be structured to administratively handle the loan processes and do not have employees who can assist or even answer questions. Go to another more established bank and do business as it should be conducted.

They locked me away from my money today!…read more When I first opened a savings account, I was promised that Radiant would never force the use of texting for two factor authentication. This was the one thing I was adamant about when opening the account. Today, I tried to log in to my account and I was denied because Radiant decided to break their promise to me. They are now forcing SMS for two factor authentication to their web portal. No notice was sent, no warning, nothing. Just "access denied" to my money. I called their tech support and they had no way to log me in. No temporary code they could give me after authenticating me, no email verification, no phone call verification, nothing. Just .. "Sorry Sir, we can't log you in." This was obviously a cost saving decision by some "high ups" at Radiant who are too rich to have ever used the web portal and just don't care about their customers. Because of this, I am having to drive to the bank, get a cashier's check for all my funds, risk driving that to another bank, and manually depositing it. What an absolutely horrid way to treat customers. The one single thing a bank should do is provide access for customers to their money. Radiant has failed miserably.
