Have been inactive with Yelp for a number of years but the experience here today brought me back…read more First thing that struck me while signing in was that one of the staff (the one with a head scarf/whatever you call it on 6/27/26 at 4 pm) was completely fixated on her cell phone and not watching the kids while her coworker helped us get checked in. Later when I picked up my wife and 1 year old daughter, my wife told me that a number of the older kids ran into the toddler section throwing balls at each other and the staff didn't say anything while my one year old got a little freaked out about this. Also had no idea about the icky photo/marketing policy until I read the other reviews. Yeesh! But to be FAIR, one positive thing this place has going for it is that it is pretty clean.

Waiver language aside, my kids have a blast at Roc Kid City…read more The various ball pits, soft toddler-friendly carousel and expansive play kitchen always seem to entertain my almost 2 and 4 year olds. We even hosted our 4 year old's birthday party here, which was convenient and a hit with our guests. It can get a little chaotic during peak hours, especially during the weekends during fall and winter (when it's too cold / wet for kids to be outside). I can see kids older than 5 being quickly bored by this place, but this place is great for toddlers. I find the staff friendly and hardworking (constantly organizing and cleaning toys). The place is clean and well-kept.

This is a great place for my special needs kiddo, who has sensory issues!! There is tactile play…read more(sand & water), heavy movement (playground and cars) and then calming down items (swings and circle go around). The staff has always been kind and helpful! I have never felt judged as a parent or out of place here. The homemade mac and cheese is yummy too! We drive from Batavia, NY to come here often in the winter. We love this place and wish they would open one in Batavia! :)

Decent indoor playground in Henrietta near RIT…read more Located in a warehouse-like building with tall ceilings, it's got a large pirate ship themed play structure in the middle. It also has a large bounce house, a small bicycle course, a foam block area, a sensory bin gem section and a pretty impressive water play area. I think the water play area was the most impressive part of the indoor playground. It was also nice to have a cafe in the middle with plentiful seating and a decent selection of kids snacks and foods (pizza, grilled cheese, sandwiches). Pricing I think was comparable to other indoor playgrounds, except they made me buy socks which was a bit annoying (I guess you can bring your own, but my girls were wearing sandals). It was about ~ $45 dollars for 2 kids, but unlimited time and I believe you can exit and come back later (which is another plus). Overall a good option on a rainy or snowy day to let the kids blow off some steam. My girls weren't THAT into the water play section, so I would probably be better off just going to the Strong Museum where we have an annual pass and has more activities.
