There was another company called Lady Bugs. They were great! They moved away and I accidentally used the one owned by July. Two times I called for a retreat after paying for services, but they were to busy and said they would get there when they could. Both times I came home to a bill on my door after three months. No communication that they would be coming. Apparently although I complained of an infestation they did not feel as though they even needed to come inside, nor did they need permission to be on my property. Just a bill on my door with no change in my bug situation or proof of service. Three months later I received a call from July claiming that I needed to use her services because that's why I was receiving the rate. It's my belief that I received service one time and had a bill simply taped to my door the other two times. Just my belief. All I had to go by was the bugs that were still in my house. She was rude and there was no communication. read more
