It took a week of leaving messages before I finally talked with Lydia & understood their problem. Truly Nolan charged an initial large fee for a contract they did NOT honor & then canceled me because they are incompetent, but of course they did not refund the initial payment. 08/05/19 - I did receive a helpful call from the manager, Rick, & Truly Nolen will will refunding me the total amount paid. I am increasing the stars to two because they responded well to my bad experience.

Now they're telling me they want several thousand to tent the house that they should have tented over a year ago. I have been living with a major termite infestation because Truly Nolan either doesn't know what they're doing or they just like to rip people off probably both! I'm now ready to hire an attorney because living with termites is not fun especially with major health issues plus the termites are destroying my home something Truly Nolan could care less about!
