She moved to this salon TRU and I followed her as I thought that I could trust her further and get them same quality. This was NOT the case. This salon uses "natural' products and they did not cover my roots at all. Mikayla admitted she additionally did not know how to use these new products, I left the salon having paid in full for getting my roots done BUT I left with roots showing. To make matters worse, my hair was suddenly FRIED after Mikayla had used the "natural" products at TRU hair salon. It was stringy and like gum. I told Mikayla and she midly showed concern and said it would be better the next time. The next time my hair was dyed GREY!!!!! yes GREY not blonde. Mikayla had the audicity to look me in the eyes and proclaim it was blonde. I was shocked. My hair got even more damaged by the "natural" products. The owner Kenzi Hatley showed zero concern emotionally and did not apologize and reluctantly refunded that one visit however the damage was HUGE, over the course of the following weeks my hair BROKE off and is now shorter due to damage than before I went to TRU hair salon. I shared all this with Kenzi Hatley and she showed ZERO concern took ZERO responsibility and THREATENED me if I tried to get my money back. Have a look at ALL their negative reviews.
