I figured paying good money for my hair to be done I wouldve love what I got. Instead, my hair was toned too dark. I ended up leaving with dark brown hair. My blonde hair was no longer visible. Roots almost black. I used to be blonde in the past as well for years and they have always used a purple or blue toner. Which made my hair a more ash blonde. I was so upset I had to pay to go somewhere else to fix the issues. The explaination I got from saying they had to tone my hair dark was was irrational. That was clearly not what i asked for or clarified clearly to me. I was in complete shock. The treatment was good and the haircut was fast. I will talk to my stylist to see if anybody wants to work on you and they will give you a call back.. needless to say no one called me back. Once I realized nobody was calling me back. I called another very popular salon in the Springs where they got me in and fixed up with in three days. My recommendation is to look at their Instagram and if you do not look like their Instagram pictures schedule somewhere else. I'm bummed out I didn't fit their clientele. But they do so well they don't need me anyway.
