Dr. Gire and Dr. Sal are both great! When there is an emergency adjustment needed they always find a way to get us in asap. Dr. Sal even personally dropped off my son's retainer that needed to be remade to our house (he lives in our neighborhood) so we would have it before leaving town for the weekend. Dr S and his team are the nicest and best orthodontics office we have seen. My daughter has been going here for over a year and it's always been the most positive , her teeth are beautiful and perfect compared to how they were when we started. I have several children and we have been customers of a few orthodontic practices. Ladera Orthodontics is by far the best practice. Others felt too busy and were difficult to make appointments. Dr. Salmassian took care of us from the first assessment. He is very patient, explains everything, and is so warm and friendly. My children's teeth are perfect. It's been a few years since my kids were taken off braces. Dr. Sal has been helpful with some retainer issues (my daughter grinds her teeth so the retainer cracked). About two years ago I got a consultation with Dr. Gire for orthodontic treatment. He was very detail oriented and took his time. He gave me a treatment plan but unfortunately I went to another orthodontist. The aftermath of that other orthodontist treatment was a nightmare! Dr. Gire was right on everything on the treatment approach--spot on! Not all orthodontist are created equal--do your research! All I can say is Dr. Gire was right all along and had a stated treatment when I first met with him, I would have been done and had a beautiful smile. Dr. Salmassian was amazing, very professional, down to earth,caring and most important easy to understand explanation of treatments. His passion for patient care was very noticeable. After getting consultations at four orthodontic offices because my husband wanted adult braces, we decided to go with Dr. Gire as he was head and shoulders above the others in terms of professionalism, knowledge and care. His staff is also professional and organized, and the whole office has a state-of-the-art, professional and pleasant vibe. My husband ended up getting clear aligners; the doctor explained everything well and spent a great deal of time with us during the initial free consultation, but they were not pushy at all about accepting treatment, which was great, and it was very professional compared to the other office we checked out. Prices were also very reasonable compared to the other orthodontists. The decision was easy, and it's been a great experience ever since.
