5 years ago I looked for an orthodontist for my oldest daughter and I can confidently say this is the BEST place you can go to. I had my two daughters get their braces at E-Orthodontist. We always love going to the office because of how nice and clean it is and all the staff is extremely friendly. The girls also love how fun it is because of the ice cream, cookies, and other awesome goodies they have for their patients. Recently my second daughter needed her second phase of braces and after meeting with the office manager, Deann and explaining our financial situation and health issues due to the pandemic, they super generously accommodated to our situation and completely went above and beyond my expectations. The E-orthodontics team is very friendly and accommodated our ever-changing schedule as much as possible. Not being allowed into the office due to their Covid restrictions substantially limited my interaction with Dr. E and made it difficult to feel like I was a partner in my daughter's orthodontic treatment. She had three missing adult teeth, so I felt a lot of pressure to make the right decisions for my daughter. I had to rely on her to communicate her progress after every visit and at the age of 14, she wasn't the most reliable source, nor would I expect her to be. Dr E and his staff are awesome! He takes his time to make sure your kids are comfortable and give them a treatment that is best for them. I went to two orthodontists for quotes and the other would not listen to my concerns of my 8 year old, Dr E not only listened he gave him treatment that would be effective in fixing the problem. The other orthodontist just wanted to pull teeth. I have both my kids in braces with Dr E. one is phase 1 and the other is phase 2. We have had to reach out to Dr. E after hours and the response has always been quick. He has also met us at 8pm on a Friday to fix loose expanders instead of waiting till Monday and leaving my child uncomfortable.If you are looking for someone who is going to give you an honest answer I would highly recommend you get a consult with Dr. E! I was a former patient of Dr.Bhatt and needed my retainers adjusted. After reading that she had retired (it had been a few years) I saw that Dr.E had taken over her patients and had great reviews so I decided to give him a try.
