Your dog is NOT safe here and DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ALONE WITH YOUR DOG! My dog was attacked by…read moreanother dog during a 4 week board and train twice in the same day here on 06/21/21. They had a fight in the morning and a second one in the evening. The dogs were left unattended, together during day play. The "handlers" apparently blew the airhorns to get the other dog to stop attacking my dog, that didn't work so then ran to get Adam. What if he wasn't there? My dog would probably not be here today. My dog and the other dog were put back together later the same day, which does not make any sense to anyone with a functioning brain. I didn't know the extent of my dogs injuries due to the attack. Adam tried to negotiate with me to pay the vet bill from his vet even before me being able to see my dog. MY DOG GOT ATTACKED DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE. He offered to give me a free week if I paid $500-600 for the vet bill. Just goes to show you how absolutely money hungry he is and what he's willing to put at risk ( YOUR DOG). I took my dog to our regular vet that Thursday and he had to have 2 drains surgically put into his leg to let it drain and keep swelling down. Not once did Adam apologize for what happened. Not once did he express any compassion or sympathy. That's when I realized it's all just money for him. You and your dog are just another dollar sign to him. This is just a warning for those of you thinking of coming here. He hires people off the street who have 0 dog training or experience with handling dogs to work for him. He is an extremely rough handler, i've watched him myself. The things that are done to your dog when no one is watching makes my blood boil. Please think twice about what may happen to your pup while in their care. My dog paid the price, don't let yours also. We've had a long 3 years of recovery for my dog to be able to trust other people and dogs again. He will never be the dog that he was before because of Adam and Obedient Paws. Please, if you love your dog, don't walk, RUN far away from this place and this man. You will be doing your dog the greatest service.

Especially for our puppy who was shall we say a bit hard-headed. It's been a month since we finished our training, and she is still benefiting from what we learned.

We had been bounced around and referred to a few different vets, and were finally referred to a short list that included Hope Springs. I am SO glad we ended up here- everyone has been so kind and helpful, and we finally feel like we are on the right track and aren't going to be scrambling to get everything completed in time for our move. Everyone, from the ladies at reception to the vet herself, has been so knowledgeable and helpful with the process. I was also so impressed with how nice the office is! I wish we had found them long before moving, but I'm thankful it feels like we're in great hands to get everything done now.

Even though the kitten was dying. We managed to get him to an emergency vet on the way i had to do cpr on him. They diagnosed him with fading kitten syndrome. After several hours and the vet giving him several treatments and him not improving . They told is that the best thing would be to euthanize him. Obviously we are devastated . But the people at Hope Springs were going to let him just die. They were so uncaring and not very empathetic. The place we did end up taking him to was Blue pearl. They were amazing
