He arrived on time, calmly explained the process and calmly waited for my sign that it was time to begin the process. During the experience, my cat took immediately to him (unusual for him), and Dr. Wood was able to keep my little buddy calm during the entire process. I thought it was going to be very strange to have an unknown entity in my space during this time, but Dr. Wood was a quiet and supportive bystander during my grieving. I recently had the misfortune of having to say goodbye to my best friend and kid of 14 years. There are no words that best describe just how much I loved her and still do.
