I just love her style - she's very REAL and spends time talking with you about both your medical issue and life in general. She was very sympathetic to my financial situation when I was seeing her (unemployed and without insurance) and always went out of her way to ensure that my costs would be as low as possible. My only regret is that once I became employed again my only option was Kaiser and I couldn't continue to see Kim for my medical needs. I HIGHLY recommend this practice, and Kim Kinder in particular.

Compared to our previous Dr. (who was also a wonderful doctor), office visits are painless; no long waits (we used to wait 2 hours or more to see my old doc), the office staff is a delight (not so with our old doc). Nurses are always on hand for shots or other assistance (great attitudes and personalities) and they have their own phlebotomist in house. Dr. Taubman is great!

Unbeknownst to me, I met Dr O at the door and she kindly pointed me to a nearby cafe. When I returned, she had opened a little early and let me in. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Dr O was incredibly thorough and even after I had raised some forgotten concerns, she repeatedly asked, "Anything else?" Her calm, friendly manner quieted some of my fears and white coat anxiety. If I off handedly mention something about my hearing, he'll ask if I think I need a hearing exam. I feel like when I converse with him he is listening and looking for clues as to my health. I never had a real problem with him, but I had been a huge fan of my previous doctor so he was starting in a tough position. He's attentive, knowledgeable and relatively engaged in the process. However, the practice is completely overextended and you wait forever to get seen. The admin and nursing staffs do not communicate very well and you're often waiting. As a final bonus, they never alerted me to the fact that they stopped taking my insurance, even after I had made and appointment. They waited until I walked the 10 blocks from my office on a 95 degree day to let me know that little tidbit. In the end, I recommend the doctor, but not the practice.

I feel the same way about his nursing staff. He tries to get in person follow appointments to share lab results. That way he can collect the office visit fee. That's annoying particularly since he can do that on the phone, and it takes me 30 minutes to get to his office. That's at least 2 hours off of work that I can't afford. At some point I made it clear that I simply can't make the extra trip, and now he's share lab results on the phone. He's my primary care physician while I currently reside in the Washington, DC area and I recommend him to be yours. As for the office staff, they are very polite, clear in their communication, and fulfill all requests I have with no delays.

She is accessible to me by text during off hours and I have always been given immediate appointments when necessary. Abby , her nurse, is excellent to deal with . Dr Anne has been a great resource for good referrals to specialists when necessary. I recently had a test which turned out to have good results. She will respond to my texts during off hour questions and always has time to schedule an appointment with me should I or should she feel that is necessary. She has been an excellent resource for referrals to some very good specialists when necessary. Recently she was able to alleviate some anxiety by accessing the results from some tests which turned out to be just fine. However, without her intervention, I would have had to wait. I am very pleased with that level of caring and service. Her assistant, Abby is also pleasant, professional and caring. She is a real boon to the office as Abby is the first person with whom a person interacts when visiting the office. I have never had to wait more that just a couple of minutes for my schuduled appointment. In addition, Abby has drawn blood from my arm with no pain and no bruising. I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy going back to about 1998 when Dr. Reddy took over a practice from a retiring doctor. I was 29 years old. Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible.
