They greet you and direct you and go on to tending to the lavish supply of many outdoor and indoor plants. My friends helped me pick this out. I forgot the name but she is doing well and requires minimal attention just water once a week and a sunny place in my house. Prices are a bit more here but quality and longevity of plants last. I'll be back soon to get some more. Store itself is just heavenly and tranquil. I wish I had more of green thon to do some outdoor stuff. But indoor plants really zen out a home if you get the right ones.

They always seem annoyed by questions or even just me being there (maybe their grumpiness is part of their charm??) but the poor customer service has been on another level. I bought a plant in the spring that was mislabeled and when it bloomed, it was the wrong plant and was actually invasive. I called to let the shop know and they didn't offer a refund or replacement, even though I had to tear it out and destroy it. (We will see this spring if I was able to remove it all or if I have a difficult problem on my hands now.) I decided to try them again and just stopped in for a hostess gift and bought something from the discounted table and the man behind the counter made it so uncomfortable when I corrected them after being charged full price. They also offered to add a bow and tacked on a $5 charge, which seems excessive especially given the lack of upfront notice on the price. I really want to support local small businesses but I genuinely don't understand how they expect customers to want to keep coming back when they present themselves in such a manner.
