Always there when you need them. Prices are fair and employees are pleasant to deal with.

She originally quoted me $345 after my car was towed on Thursday night. She then stated I could not drive my car off the lot and that it would be an additional $200 for them to tow it. They also gave me a contract to sign stating the storage fee was $50 per day. When I pointed out that that goes against the maximum rates they have posted, the staff person told me that was a "good catch" by me and he would fix it. I shared this with the woman who told me that it was obviously a mistake and I should get over that. When I called today after repeated negative interactions trying to find a way to get my car out of their lot, she yelled at me because I questioned their pricing scheme and asked for a price breakdown based on the Stafford Township, Ocean County, and NJAC ordinances. They have both Stafford Township and Ocean County posted in their office. She screamed that I was the one being difficult and I didn't understand how the ordinances work. She said NJ Administrative Codes do not apply to them. Then told me I could not pay over the phone, so I would have to commute two hours to allow my car to be removed. When I got there, she yelled at me again, called me difficult, and told the other worker that I wasn't understanding the ordinances that they have posted. When I pointed out the differences in the legally admissible charges and what she had quoted me since Thursday, she said that I didn't understand what she was saying. She refused to give an itemized invoice twice. She also quoted the person next to me $850 for their tow and winching without providing any invoice. I'm not sure if it is just the people who were working or if it is a pattern for the company to not provide itemized invoices to customers and scream at those who ask for a pricing breakdown, but the experience I just had was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I would also like to stress that I did not request the tow, the Stafford Township PD did, and this is how this woman acted. I work a customer service job. I understand that customers can be wrong. What I don't understand is how they took the opportunity of a car being totaled to repeatedly attempt to overcharge a customer, scream at them multiple times, and accuse them of being difficult for asking for a price description and how that pricing scheme fits into mandatory maximums as required by law. I highly recommend going to Midnite Towing. A complaint has been filed with New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

OTA Auto Care Center saved my life this weekend! Over the Thanksgiving break, I was telling my…read moreparents how my car can't handle bumps, and the wheel has a mind of its own when I hit one. Of course my parents freaked out (an accurate response) and immediately called OTA at 7:30am the following morning. Not only did they take my car right away, but it was fixed by that same afternoon! One of my rear shocks had bit the dust. While my car was there, they also checked the alignment and inspected my car, which saved me an additional trip. Joe, the Service Manager, was a complete gentleman and down-to-earth guy. Unfortunately I do not live in the area and was only visiting my parents for the weekend, but I recommend this Auto Care Center to everyone!! Good and quick service. Fair prices. They don't try to rip you off like many other places do. Love them!

I was referred to this establishment through a scholarship grant to have my car repaired…read more Initially, the shop provided one price, but when I arrived, I was given a completely different amount and told I would have to pay the difference. All I did was ask for clarification, since the price they gave my school did not match what I was being charged. As it turns out, the original amount I was told was correct. However, when I questioned the discrepancy, the employee, Cody, became very rude and defensive. When my keys were returned, I calmly explained to another employee that Cody had been disrespectful and that I was simply trying to understand the charges. At that point, Cody became extremely aggressive. As I was leaving, he came out of his office, raised his middle finger at me, and called me a racial slur. This behavior was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. Up until this incident, I had a positive experience scheduling my appointment and arranging the service. However, no customer deserves to be treated this way. For someone in a position of ownership, this conduct is alarming and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment.
