OUTRAGEOUS price for two little rubber pieces. I requested anti-slip strips for the toes (bottom of sole), glue down foot liners, and polish leather scuffs with gold cream polish. These cowboy boots were super authentic, one of a kind, and with a bit of polishing, I knew these would be glamorous! This pair also had a nail stuck into the footbed so that had to be cut/grinded down. In addition, it needed a bit of stretching of the leather (from the footbed as it fit a tad narrow), and the leather needed a good polishing. It took about four days for them to get these things done (as they have a large clientele) but believe me it was worth the wait! I've had the pleasure of meeting Brenda, one of the owners and she said they've been around for twenty-plus years, and still thriving (you can tell why because of the quality of work they do). I got the boots back as if they were brand new, and was so happy with the end results! Their prices are reasonable! I have found my local cobbler and I'm sticking with them for all my future shoe needs!

The gentleman that works here is an amazing guy. It's a nice little mom and pop shop Nestled in North Salt Lake almost wouldn't see it if you weren't paying attention. Its deceiving from the outside because inside is it just a great little guy that does an amazing job and fixes shoes up like new and his work is exceptional The value of his service is worth so much more than what he charges. The cost was so minimal. I was really super surprised when he told me that I would only be paying $35 for a polish and the new zipper on my boot. I feel like I got brand new Doc Martens.
