The bathrooms were clean with one exception -- the full body mirror needed attention, which was a little disappointing for an otherwise polished space. Small detail but worth noting. Elevators worked without issue, which sounds like a low bar but matters more than people think for an event venue. Not sure how much of the equipment and staffing fell under the venue versus the event organizers, but the overall experience was enjoyable either way. It's a solid, attractive space for a nice gathering. Honestly I'd love to host something here myself. A quick heads-up: parking can be a bit tricky, as the entrance is off a busy street, so just take your time and be patient when pulling in. Once you're there, though, it's well worth the effort. There's also a nice stage space which is perfect for a small production, speech or screen drop. I've been here for a few different events and have enjoyed the space thoroughly. Parking can be a bit tight out front, but there's usually a fair amount of room near the back. If you're looking for a cool event or reception space, The Palmer Building should be on your short list!
