Don't get this confused with the Five Bridges Steak and Seafood restaurant that is attached to the pub. To get to the steak house, you have to go through the dark doors behind the hostess stand.

The food was better than I was expecting, but the service was lackluster. We got great service from…read morethe bartender, but the server, I suspect, came in late and frazzled. When we arrived for lunch, we were the only people in the dining room (even though they'd been open for a while), but we ended up being served after quite a few of the tables who came in after us. We also had a very hard time getting our drinks refilled. We ordered burgers and soup and salad, with a cheese fondue appetizer, but we ended up being in the restaurant itself for more than two hours because of the wait. However, the food itself was great. The hamburger I ordered was the best I've had in at least a year. It's also build-your-own, and the prices are reasonable. The smoked gouda cheese fondue was served with cut up grilled-cheese sandwich and was delicious. My mother said that the French onion soup was quite good. The tab was only about $30 for lunch and drinks for three people. The food is easily four-star, maybe five for the area, but waiting for more than an hour for lunch on a Saturday in a casino with a hotel just isn't good practice.
