I called two maybe three times to schedule a lash appointment. The people who answer the phone, don't keep the the last technician's schedule. They can only leave messages for her. I'd read the bad reviews, and decided to give the place a try anyways. Like I said, the ladies are nice and my nail turned out ok, but that didn't make the extra 40 mins worth it. Update(20OCT2018): So that denting happened the NIGHT I had my nails done. I paid $62 for nails that dented within hours and they didn't get started until 40 mins after my appointment time.
