This is a nice little shop. I think they carry overstock from various local malls. You can find some nice clothes and various other accessories there at a reasonable price, not like some hoity-toity, over-priced boutique. If you can't find something decent at Walmart or Meijer's or find JCPenney's style for old people or clowns, stop by this place. Much better clothes and great prices. read more

It has been decades since someone knowledgeable measured my feet. I thought I needed 8 extra wide, but I was wrong. After properly measuring at the ball of my foot, I was shown that I need a 9 medium. This allows the arch of the shoes to align with my arches better. I bought three pairs of unbelievably comfortable shoes! Donating all my old shoes. Brought my wife back the next day and she got two pair. Surprisingly cool selection! So grateful I found this place!!

It came on the next day and looked great. We have been back and forth trying to get a refund for the tux we never received. No return calls. The lady working the front desk says she has no power to refund our money. The manager will not return calls and is not in when they say she will be. Very frustrating! For me, this was a fun place to shop when I was in college and I guess, in many ways, it still is. While they have aisles of overpriced, inferior-quality items, like cheaply-made clothing and jewelry, they still have cool pop culture items, like TV show and faux vintage rock t-shirts. There are still some good bargains in here, especially during clearance sales. Watch out for the clearance bins at the front of the store- I got a Homeland t-shirt for $2.99! Plus, they sell funky pop culture & retro buttons and lots of vinyl records. Gotta love the vinyl, right? Hot Topic does have the odd assortment of clothing made of rubber, corsets, baby doll dresses, and S & M attire that a fledgling dominatrix or porn star would probably drove over, but I just bypass that stuff. It's like Noir-lite in here. Customer service is a mixed bag- they are either all over you or leave you to your own devices completely. I never expected much in the way of customer service here, so it's not of particular importance. It's a Hot Topic, duh!
