How much time passes before it breaks, tears, becomes threadbare, or color drained? You can feel the quality of the clothes here, you can see it in the stitching. My friend also happened to find a gorgeous coat, and since the item was 75% off, I probably got my item cheaper than what it would have cost at a regular store. Service was exceptional. While we had the items we wanted to try on in our arms, an assistant quickly came over and got rooms ready for us. We didn't feel rushed or hurried. We were greeted immediately when we walked in by the amazing woman working in the store that day (this past Monday, January 25th). But..we were literally speechless upon entering the store because it was so beautiful, we almost couldn't respond to her. You can look through racks easily, try on scents as needed, (the Kai perfume...perfection), and so much space to walk around and browse, without feeling crowded. Hopefully this was an inadvertent error on the part of the donor in gifting what was essentially a worthless item. Can't blame Treasures because they can't be expected to open and examine every $10 item. Still 5 stars in my book.
