The owner was so friendly and welcoming and helped my 2-year old color a picture while I looked around. She even offered him a snack after checking with me that it was okay. Most, if not all, of the clothes were organic and most were Fair-Trade certified. I like that almost all of the clothes were gender neutral and plain, not filled with TV characters. The clothes here are definitely in the higher price range for children's clothes but I appreciate the quality and love that many of the clothes are Fair-Trade. I'd love to see some Made in U.S.A. brands as well and I hope that the owner will consider adding some of those in the future. I'm very excited about this lovely addition to downtown Ballston Spa.

Well we were looking we found a double stroller that was exactly what we needed (we brought both babies in with us) and figured we'd buy it and put the kids in it well we shopped one of the employees was not impressed with this decision And made it very obvious with her nasty looks... once I noticed her glance at me, then the stroller, than the price tag, I chuckled and said "don't worry we're gonna buy it not just use it and leave" and smiled...she then proceeded to roll her eyes and turn away .... The kids got fussy, nothing crazy just little whines from a typical toddler and 1 year old and every chance the employees got they would stare at us like it was an inconvenience for them to have to listen to it...Now I'm uncomfortable and just want to leave so we quickly finish shopping and check out well I'm folding up the new stroller I notice there is dried food stuck to the seat that my mother didn't notice when putting my child in the seat, and the basket is ripped... 100% should of checked it over more before and that is on me but assuming they wouldn't take the clothes I had brought down that were all stain free and clean I figured they held their standards very high.... Apparently I was wrong.... Then when I went to pick up the clothes they didn't accept and get the store credit for the clothes they did....the same employee that rolled her eyes for me using the stroller in the store checked me out and after she told me the total for a whopping $21 she looked me up and down and with a very snotty tone said "I'm assuming you want cash".... I felt like I was being treated like a dirt bag !!! As much as I love this store after this experience I don't think I will be able to return I was trying to be nice and bring the clothes here so a parent could get nice clothes at an affordable price but instead was treated like someone that was selling there children's belongings to make a quick buck..... truly disappointing

As a shopper: I came a few times to shop with friends for grandchildren, but my friends and I were disappointed in the selection, sizes available, and the high prices. In addition, the Staff were not welcoming or even helpful. They seem preoccupied. As a consignor: I consigned a nice designer girl's size 6 dress that had a lovely sash that was an integral part of the dress design. Later, I was told the dress did not sell because the "sash was lost." It would have been nice to have heard, "Sorry, but we can't control theft." No, the dress was briskly handed back to me, and the owner (?) quickly walked away.

As a first time mom, this is part of my support system…read more I first discovered this store because I was needing help learning about how to use some baby carriers I had received as gifts, and I was referred by friends to attend a Slingbabies meeting. The meeting was held in the classroom at the bundle store. At the meeting I met Amber, owner of the bundle store, and a Slingbabies leader. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about baby wearing. She gave me all the help I needed. After the meeting I poked around looking at the store. As a new mom, it was so fun just to look at everything she has there. Organic toys, clothing. Beautiful baby carriers, slings, and wraps. A cloth diapering section. Lots of items clearly handmade by independent vendors. Beautiful muslin receiving blankets. Natural remedies for diaper rash and teething, nipple creams. If I had a million dollars I'd by 3 of almost everything at this store. Now, the bundle store is all about quality, and often that means the prices are steeper, but you can tell you're getting really special stuff there! The staff is all knowledgeable about breastfeeding and baby wearing. They want to be part of a new mom's support system. The store offers classes- I took the musical baby class but there are lots to choose from, many of them focused on educating moms, but also prenatal yoga and fun stuff too. My music class was a blast! Amber, the store owner, knows everything about baby wearing and she really wants to help others learn about this awesomely helpful practice. I had a friend from out of state contact her when she needed advice about what carrier might be right for a specific need. Amber recommended a carrier that her store doesn't have in stock! She has an online store and could have easily recommended a carrier she could have sold, but she wanted to recommend what was best for my friend even if it meant she wasn't going to profit. Amber also does fittings for her nursing bras she sells there (and maternity clothes). My best nursing bra is from The Bundle Store. So in a nutshell- every mom within the capital district could benefit from a relationship with this store. Especially if you are interested in babywearing, breastfeeding, cloth diapering or using green/natural toys and remedies, you've simply got to get over there.
