It took about a month to finally have anyone from management get in contact with me over the issue I had. Not acceptable. I was assured the person would be spoken with, though I doubt it. At least I never saw her again (I was told she was there to fill in from another location; good, she can stay there). After that, I was back to proper treatment and care. The staff there have remained personable and helpful. However, I ran into an issue where I wasn't informed of a large charge I was going to get...twice. It was a new insurance/new tests, and I had no idea it was going to cost so much; one of which was due to a billing code issue from my doctor, and could have been fixed had someone said something. They should be required to tell you out-of-pocket costs upfront, every time.

It's absurd, what's the point in making appointments if they aren't honored? my advice is to go ANYWHERE else, if you can't then I recommend coming in 10mins before your appointment and pray for the best. The women are rude, they don't care if you've been waiting and they've skipped you. A patient told them about all of us being skipped and she ignored her and told her to go to the appointed room. Its a joke, save your time and go somewhere else. An older man with an oxygen tank just said he could figure out the check in system and she said "oh" and gave him a polite smile then left.

I have been here twice now to the Outpatient side of things at this building. Once for a CT Scan…read moreand today for a Abdominal Ultrasound. The first time I came in I was there at 9AM and it was quite busy but the lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was called back after a bit of a wait but the place was packed with mostly older people waiting for tests of all sorts since they do lab work, scans, and all sorts of things. Once back and in the CT room I was on the table and getting scanned and a few minutes later I was ready to go. This morning I had their very first appointment at 7 am and got there a little early at 6:35. I was the very first person at the whole building! LOL So I waited and they all arrived and I waited and headed in at 6:59. I got to the door before they did and they opened it right up and I got signed in. I sat for about 5 minutes while they were getting me checked in and then they came out and gave me papers and I had to go from downstairs to upstairs where they had their women's care and associates as that is where the do all their ultrasound imaging/tests. The lady in there came out in about 5 minutes and called me back and got the test started right away. She was very nice as is everyone that works there and once all the images had been taken I was ready to go! I really like how easy it is to access their location and how friendly and caring the staff is. They do a great job! With the CT I was told my doctors office should have the results in 2 days and 2 days later sure enough I got a call from my doctor's office with the results! I highly recommend using their service for all your testing needs!

This place is a JOKE..they check you in right away but that's it.they put you in a room and you…read morewait and wait and there is no one there... also they don't have a doctor waiting on you its a nurse.only good part of that place was when i stormed out of there and tossed the stupid mask on the floor.only reason i gave them 1 star is it don't go lower
