There was very little pain, and I was in and out in 15 minutes, will definitely refer this location to any friends that need blood work. Ms.Fran is an exceptional worker and just a nice person all the way around inside and out. People like her are hard to find these days in the professional world. I showed up at 7:10 AM to have blood drawn. They opened at 7AM my bad for being late but it would…read morenot have mattered because if you are in the know it seems they open the doors early, some people had signed in at 6:50 AM. I needed to be to work at 8:45 AM I thought no problem. Well big problem! I waited an hour and 20 minutes before being called back. They were severely understaffed at least from 7-8 AM then two more people came in to work. I only had about 6 or 7 people ahead of me and yet they were calling people back very slowly. The saving grace of the entire debacle was the phlebotomist who drew my blood was very good, I wish I had gotten her name. They don't take appointments here, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that does take appointments!!

I made an appointment with Quest for my 7 year old grandchild to have a blood test. Quest did not…read morehave the correct "tube" so couldn't do the test. They sent me to another location. That location had the "tube" but said the test could only be done between 10 am and 1 pm so I could just come back tomorrow (and take my grandson out of school again). I was annoyed. The tech blamed the doctor for not telling me about the time constraints of the blood test. She then proceeded to tell me that I should be nicer! Yes I'm sure if I were nicer Quest would appropriately stock all their locations and be able to do blood tests even after 1pm. A terrible experience a total waste of of time and energy and if you have any choice I highly recommend using ANY other lab.

I am literally in and out (especially if you make an appointment online). I have also never had anyone poke me excessively to find a vein, always get it the first try.

I work in Glenelg so I left there drove all the way home to Taneytown to shower then drive all the way back to Westminster to be denied. The nice lady there was very apologetic! She said the staff that scheduled me was supposed to tell me I needed a referral! Lots of gas and time wasted! Also, the lady that scheduled me was supposed to schedule me for a sonogram but did not. ugh

I had a great experience here with all staff from front desk starting with Lynnette she was so…read moresweet and kind. That's what we need when going through a hard time. Sharon the Nurse was great. She took me back a to have a Stereotactic breast biopsy. Then I met Lisa the nurse and Dr. Ozgun. They both explained the procedure to me and said I wouldn't feel anything more than a little sting! My anxiety was extremely high but during the procedure Dr. Ozgun explained what he was doing while Nurse Lisa rubbed my back and held my hand. Amazing, that I hardly felt anything! even barely felt the sting to numb me. This was a great experience! Thank u for being so great, kind and supportive. Then I get a call today from Dr. Reaven to let me know the biopsy was benign. Thank God! Dr. Reaven so so kind I wanted to jump through the phone and hug him. I can't say thank u enough for ur kindness and professionalism. A great experience! Karen Simons
