Because my veins can be VERY hard to locate, most of the time, the Phlebotomist has to constantly poke and jiggle around to find my veins, but not Alma, She performed the taking of my blood effortlessly! As a matter of fact, when she stuck me, I didn't even realize she was almost done! I'm 66 years young and I've NEVER had my blood drawn with such ease and perfection! Normally, my arm(s) turn purple and blue from bruising after so many attempts to get my blood. Alma is PHENOMENAL!! She deserves to be recognized as one of the BEST that EVER draws blood!! First off - it's hard to find but I would navigate to the Physicians Office Building near the garage and it's the first set of automatic doors to the left of the welcome desk. The label on the door says radiology and something. It's NOT by the Panera as another review says. Make an appointment ahead of time if you can. Otherwise walk-ins are accepted. I missed my appointment time but was still checked in right away, saw the intake person about 7 mins later and then had my blood drawn no more than 5 mins after that. Not everyone is Mary Poppins but everyone I interacted with was courteous and efficient. And most importantly the phlebotomist was really good - I'm not great at drinking water and have notoriously thin veins but she got me right away with minimal pain. Oh and the registration is easy and test results are all posted to your account for you and your doctor as soon as it's done.

There's plenty of free parking. You can schedule in advance or do walk-in. When you arrive you have the option of checking in via a QR code if you scheduled an appointment. Otherwise you can check in with the desk or via the machine. They confirmed my information and I was immediately called back. One of the main reasons, I love this facility is the accommodations they make for me. I have a huge needle phobia and literally need someone to hold my hand through the entire process. I wish I remember the ladies from last time but this visit I am extremely thankful for Kianna and Cynthia who were a blessing and made experience easy and pleasant. It's been ~6 hours since the visit, no call, no results. Logged into their site - no after visit summary, no treatment recommendation. The clinic has no pager, no voicemail to get a follow up from the doctor or staff after hours and only a typical message to call 911 in emergecy. Result: no diagnosis, no prescription, no visit summary, like she hasn't been there.
