In and out, super quick! I usually go to Quest to get blood drawn but I had to come here recently…read morefor a different blood test. Went in around 5 (they're open until 5:30) and was seen immediately, very friendly phleobotomist who was willing to chat with me, as I am talkative everywhere I go. I even asked if she could use a smaller needle which she unfortunately couldn't due to the sample I needed, but she would have otherwise. My husband also went to this same site about 2 weeks later and had an equally quick experience. Both times were way faster than at Quest, where I usually have to wait in line. Easy parking in a lot, as well.

I questioned why only one vile of blood was being drawn as I was having several yearly tests done, and there's always been more than one vile of blood. I didn't realize until a few days later when I wasn't getting my results as speedily as I normally do that the tech only drew blood for a test that was added on only a few days before my regular bloodwork by the same doctor. I was supposed to also have several other tests completed that was ordered by the same doctor. This should not have happened and as soon as I questioned the tech on only one vile of blood, she should've realized the mistake. Now at my inconvenience, I have to make another appointment and have to fast again and won't have my blood work completed prior to my yearly physical. I'm very insensed by this because it's all very inconvenient and shouldn't have happened in the first place. Quite honestly because of this, somebody should have come to my house and draw my blood there or I should get an appointment at my convenience not quests. I requested this through Facebook messenger and was summarily dismissed. They acknowledged my several requests with a promise of a follow up and never followed up. Quest, you need to do better. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

Door opened behind me, hit me in elbow; another worker coming out told me to remember there's a door there. First one appeared in wait rm., took me to "kiosk", plugged in my info there: "Next appt. 10:20. Come back then." And disappeared. The site stinks, the employees are apparently hired for their rudeness, & I've been NPO for 12 hours so far. No way to run a business.

Don't do what I did which was not paying attention to what I was doing. I arrived at my appointment early. I swiped the bar code I saved on my phone and it wasn't taking....so I tried numerous times, I put my license in when it asked for that numerous times, hit restart and kept trying over and over. There is no one at a reception desk because there is no reception desk and no one else was waiting in the waiting room so I was free to make a fool out of myself for quite a while. I got a message that they did not have an appointment for me. I got a message did I want to make an appointment for another day or later that day but I had to wait an hour in a half if I wanted one that day which I did not want to do of course. I was frustrated. All of a sudden this blonde phlebotomist, Judy, came out. She was like an angel coming threw the doors. She said someone mentioned I was having a problem and I thought ugh...someone actually saw me doing this? She told me I did not have the right address. I was expecting to get thrown out. But she took me right in. Then we had an issue that my doctor had not forwarded the form. No problem, she called him and got it. Judy was so helpful, compassionate, patient, great to talk to, very professional, and it was obvious to her that making people happy was something she did. I would absolutely recommend this location. Make sure you have the right location when you schedule.

I come here several times a year to have blood drawn for various doctors needs…read more Every time I've come in, the registration process is quick and efficient. After registration, the wait times are always reasonable, but vary, when there are several people in the waiting area. Once my name is called, the actual drawing takes less than two minutes, on average. I've never experienced any more than a mild "pinch" sensation when they insert the needle, and far more often, feel nothing at all with any of the many phlebotomists that have drawn my blood over the ten years I've been coming here. I just can't watch while they insert the needle in my arm. Makes me very queasy. I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes, and I think that's a very reasonable amount of time.

I use Quest Labs about six times a year, and have seen some good improvements since my last review…read more I always book an appointment, and I'm usually called in within 5 minutes of the appointment time. The staff are also more friendly than they were in the past. But what I like most is the Quest app. Booking an appointment in the app is quick and easy, and I get my results usually within 24 hrs. I can also see all my past test results quickly in the app. I have also found Quest to be much cheaper then having blood test done in the hospital.

I called the lady and asked why I was been skip and she repplied I was in for appoinment and clearly on the screen was showing walk in , she was rude and repplied to me "well I have a patient would you mind" at this point I walked out the office. This is very poor service. As judging by other comments is common at this location apparently. Very disappointed.

I didn't have an appointment but just tried walking in to see how long it would take. The kiosk check in feature was easy to use to log in, enter my name and vitals and before I could sit down a super friendly person called me in to draw my blood. She was very friendly and highly skilled in drawing my blood with minimal discomfort (Kudos to Hafsa for the great job she did). Will definitely be going back there for any future blood work.

It was a brief, but terrible experience, and I'm unsure if my lab sample will even be usable because I cannot make another drop-off appointment for another location until after the 24-hour period. All I was able to get out of this tech was storage information that hopefully may work until then, but most of the time they spoke over me or at me, not to me. I will never return to this location.
