Went in around 5 (they're open until 5:30) and was seen immediately, very friendly phleobotomist who was willing to chat with me, as I am talkative everywhere I go. I even asked if she could use a smaller needle which she unfortunately couldn't due to the sample I needed, but she would have otherwise. My husband also went to this same site about 2 weeks later and had an equally quick experience. Both times were way faster than at Quest, where I usually have to wait in line. Easy parking in a lot, as well.

I questioned why only one vile of blood was being drawn as I was having several yearly tests done, and there's always been more than one vile of blood. I didn't realize until a few days later when I wasn't getting my results as speedily as I normally do that the tech only drew blood for a test that was added on only a few days before my regular bloodwork by the same doctor. I was supposed to also have several other tests completed that was ordered by the same doctor. This should not have happened and as soon as I questioned the tech on only one vile of blood, she should've realized the mistake. Now at my inconvenience, I have to make another appointment and have to fast again and won't have my blood work completed prior to my yearly physical. I'm very insensed by this because it's all very inconvenient and shouldn't have happened in the first place. Quite honestly because of this, somebody should have come to my house and draw my blood there or I should get an appointment at my convenience not quests. I requested this through Facebook messenger and was summarily dismissed. They acknowledged my several requests with a promise of a follow up and never followed up. Quest, you need to do better. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

I've been coming to them for my periodic emissions testing for many years, starting when they were at their previous location. I decided that when my Nissan pickup truck needed any sort of repairs I'd bring it to them. I called a few days ago to arrange having the brakes serviced on my truck. When I called, I was greeted by a friendly voice of a young woman whe gave me a day to bring it in. On that day, I went to the service window and that young lady greeted me and said she'd give me a call later that day when they could tell me what the cost would be and when it would be completed. Later that day she phoned and told me the amount of the bill and said the job would be completed by end of the day. The price wasn't cheap (I wasn't expecting it to be), but I'm more concerned with quality & value. I told her that I arranged to pick it up the following morning, if that was ok. A little later that day she phoned once again to let me know the work was completed, just for my information. I appreciate that they communicate so well with their customers, and I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I learned just now from the owner's response that I can have my oil & filter changed while I wait, with an appointment made in advance. So I'm upping my review to five stars! Thank you Nelson's Automotive for your reliability, fair prices and good value.

One of the things I like best about the service department is that they really don't try to upsell you on services you do not need. They will certainly point out any problems they think warrant attention, but they don't give you the hard sell. They do a very good job explaining everything. And one of the best qualities about the service department is how warm and welcoming the space is. They have a ton of varied seating areas ranging from comfy lounge chairs to work stations replete with electrical outlets so you can plug in your devices. There is also a high tech coffee maker which can instantly concoct myriad tasty coffee drinks. All in all, these things create a very comfortable environment while you await the completion of your repairs.

NEVER use their service department. A fifty dollar pulley…read morewent bad and they wanted a FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLAR REPAIR including replacing a "broken mount" which was in perfectly fine condition. It took 3 days to to get a hold of the service manager (left early for the day at 1 PM) (Didn't come in yet at 11AM) with promises to call me back that never happened. When I finally got a hold of him he said instantly that is what the mechanic recommended and would not let me talk to the mechanic. I had to REPEATEDLY ASK for them to ONLY replace the bad pulley. In the end that single FIFTY DOLLAR pulley removed by a SINGLE BOLT still cost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS and a WEEK AND A HALF to replace and they demanded that I sign a document stating I refused recommended safety required repairs.... They practically held the car hostage and when their absurd repair estimate was rejected added another week to the repair as punishment.

Door opened behind me, hit me in elbow; another worker coming out told me to remember there's a door there. First one appeared in wait rm., took me to "kiosk", plugged in my info there: "Next appt. 10:20. Come back then." And disappeared. The site stinks, the employees are apparently hired for their rudeness, & I've been NPO for 12 hours so far. No way to run a business.
