In and out, super quick! I usually go to Quest to get blood drawn but I had to come here recently…read morefor a different blood test. Went in around 5 (they're open until 5:30) and was seen immediately, very friendly phleobotomist who was willing to chat with me, as I am talkative everywhere I go. I even asked if she could use a smaller needle which she unfortunately couldn't due to the sample I needed, but she would have otherwise. My husband also went to this same site about 2 weeks later and had an equally quick experience. Both times were way faster than at Quest, where I usually have to wait in line. Easy parking in a lot, as well.

A little curt and not that friendly but I'm sure the staff is being trained to get people in and out with no socializing. A very automated experience.

I have to say first of all that my appointments are usually completed timely. Although staff is not…read moreparticularly rude, they are all business. There is no "small talk" or genuine human interaction. My complaint is that my last appointment-I was there for my yearly blood work as well as an add-on test that was added by the same doctor as my other yearly bloodwork. It was added a few days before I went in for my appointment. I provided my doctor's name when asked and had the blood drawn. I questioned that there was only one vile of blood drawn and she said that's all I need so I didn't question it, but then realized when I didn't get my blood work results a few days later and the only thing pending was the add-on test that she didn't draw any of my original yearly bloodwork. This is very inconvenient because I was fasted and could only get a later morning appointment. Now I have to start from ground zero and make another appointment, fast and won't have the results prior to my yearly physical. I contacted corporate to see if they could come and do a quick home draw because this was an inconvenience to me and shouldn't have happened in the first place and was told someone would get back to me and I never heard back. Quest really does need to do better.

I've been coming to them for my periodic emissions testing for many years, starting when they were at their previous location. I decided that when my Nissan pickup truck needed any sort of repairs I'd bring it to them. I called a few days ago to arrange having the brakes serviced on my truck. When I called, I was greeted by a friendly voice of a young woman whe gave me a day to bring it in. On that day, I went to the service window and that young lady greeted me and said she'd give me a call later that day when they could tell me what the cost would be and when it would be completed. Later that day she phoned and told me the amount of the bill and said the job would be completed by end of the day. The price wasn't cheap (I wasn't expecting it to be), but I'm more concerned with quality & value. I told her that I arranged to pick it up the following morning, if that was ok. A little later that day she phoned once again to let me know the work was completed, just for my information. I appreciate that they communicate so well with their customers, and I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I learned just now from the owner's response that I can have my oil & filter changed while I wait, with an appointment made in advance. So I'm upping my review to five stars! I've tried 12 and three for extensions. Been on hold for more than 20 minutes each time if they don't answer their phone, how good of a job can they do.
