I have visited this location numerous times without complaint except that the building looks old an…read morerun down but this visit was different. My technician was not happy about working on Christmas Eve, she was rude and snippy from the moment I walked in the door. As she asked questions it was absolutely obvious that she had an attitude and when I didn't understand a question she asked she began to slam things and I asked if there was a problem with my paperwork and in an extremely loud voice she nearly screamed "no ma'am I am just doing my job ma'am. Show me the arm you would like me to use ma'am" and she was rough and completely unprofessional. As I left she ran across the hall and said to the other technician "did you hear what that woman said to me? " As if she was the victim and had not manhandled me in a medical environment. I am a registered nurse and I have never experienced that kind of behavior from any medical professional. Someone with that temper should not be working with patients in vulnerable situations. No one wants a person with a needle going into their arm by a woman slamming her equipment and raising her voice in a loud and hateful manner.

We are always in and out very quickly. This location does take a lunch break and it is closed for 1 hour from 12:30-1:30. It didn't list this on the website and the only number I could find was a main one where the woman told me they never closes, which I knew was un-true. I just forgot what time they closed. Luckily we made it with half hour to spare.

But if you choose to walk in it's best to do it early in the morning. I did a walk in at 8:45am and I was seen a little before 9am even though it said I would have to wait until 9:15am. The phlebotomist was very gentle and had listened to my tips on what to use to draw my blood. The employee I had was quick and efficient. The waiting area was clean.
