I had my labs drawn on 9/3/25. I have called and emailed headquarters to please load my results but the portal still says there are no results to view. They even emailed back on 9/13/25 saying they got my email. Today is 9/18/25. I'd like to get my test results for goodness sake! read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Stamford, Connecticut

Quick and easy to set up/change appointments. Recently staff has been friendly and skilled. Previous staff were problematic, but currently they're awesome. read more

I went to this place because the location was convenient. It was an unpleasant experience, better expressed as a HORRIBLE experience, characterized by rude behavior and noticeable incompetence from the staff. The first person tried to draw the blood twice in one arm, not only that, she was angry and rude, and gave up on her work, while complaining to the second staff member. The second person who was apologetic, tried to draw the blood in the other arm, and couldn't do it either. I had experienced this extreme situation in my life. This place should be CLOSED altogether! read more

Despite the terrible reviews on yelp i had a very easy time coming to the Stamford office. The phlebotomist, I believe his name is Daniel, was extremely friendly and kind. He did a great job drawing my blood. Part of the hall way looked like it was under construction which was a bit weird. Please don't do what I did which was park in the lower garage which looked rather sketchy. I have not received my results just yet. I'll have to keep you posted. read more

i have gone here every month for several years, but no more. The last time I went a trainee tried to take blood; I was told she knew what she was doing. Although I have very good veins she was unable to take blood from either arm. Today, i had a reservation but they were unable to find my standing order - a wasted visit. They are inefficient and it can take a week or more to get result, which is inexcusable. I've had enough, and am switching to Quest. read more

No I am not a fan of medical tests or procedures but here is why I am giving this location 4 stars: There is actaully parking It is easy to get to Nurse Pinky is awesome! Getting my blood taken was quick and painless - literally read more

The office is very small and really self service. I was practically guaranteed to have results in two days instead after 4 days still nothing. Have been calling lab corp 1-800-6315250 and they say blood tests taken early morning are picked up at 4pm. No other pick up during the day. My blood sample was taken to New Jersey and then to South Carolina. From when they receive the sample in South Carolina that's when the 2 to 4 days are calculated. I have different versions on this. Every customer rep. at Lab Corp gave a different story. Will never use them again! Am sure Quest know more what they are doing. read more

I had a particularly traumatizing experience here recently. I used the "check in from your car" feature, and was never texted to enter the building. After waiting nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time, I entered the office to find no one at the desk and staff talking amongst themselves in the back of the office. After waiting in the office for nearly 10 minutes, I was greeted by someone who was training and clearly didn't know what to do with my blood work order from my dr. Once I was invited back to get blood drawn, this staff member couldn't find a vein (that has never happened before to me!) and proceeded to look at my other arm to find a vein. She proceeded to blow out my vein, and kept the needle in my arm with no blood entering the vials for approx 1 minute (I was looking away and didn't know she wasn't collected blood). It was extremely painful and I raised my voice asking for this woman to take the needle out of me. I stated I was feeling lightheaded from the pain, and she asked for a co worker to assist her in removing the needle. This was a disturbing experience, I strongly recommend STAYING AWAY from this place. I will never be using Labcorp again. read more

Check-in kiosk was a breeze. The tech was new and quite pleasant. My blood draw was painless. Whole process took less than a half-hour most of it waiting for my bladder to cooperate. LOL read more

Rude stuff. Put in P.O. box number as zip code to search for my insurance and argue with me both can work. Clearly the zip code instead of P.O. box worked. Don't know how to do the venipuncture. I myself did venipuncture all the time and told her I could be hard stick and she still tried to do it her own way without even palpating the vein. No one wants to be stuck for multiple times for blood drawn. read more

I live in NYC and happen to work in the Stamford area- my doctor asked me to have some labs done and suggested I used Lab Corp for easier access to results. My experience at this location was bad from the moment I walked in the door. I approached the window and the woman sitting there just pointed to the kiosk so I could register and didn't even say good morning. I registered myself and took a seat. When it was my turn to get my blood drawn, the phlebotomist proceeded to yell my name out from her office. At first I thought she was talking to a co-worker but once I heard her call out my first name I realized she was talking to me. So now I'm SUPER ANNOYED. Before she draws my blood she proceeds to verify my info and tells me that she has to swipe my card per the financial agreement. after having to ask her repeatedly to explain why this needed to happen I reluctantly handed over my card. She then looks at my order and sees what I am there for and asks just for confirmation. Once she finished drawing my blood, she proceeded to ask me about my diagnosis and other inappropriate questions which absolutely infuriated me. Her job is to draw the blood and mind her business!! I don't know if she thought she was being nice and making conversation but I found that to be completely RUDE. Her voice carries throughout the space and I wasn't interested in having ANYONE know what I was at that office for. People should understand that patients have a right to privacy- as a healthcare worker (administrator) myself, I would NEVER prompt a patient to give clinical information about their diagnosis. If they choose to share something with me then so be it. I will never return to that LabCorp. read more

Very long wait despite having an appointment. No receptionist. Scanner didn't work so technician, who was the only reason I am not giving 1 star, had to enter demographics and insurance manually, then their computer system crashed. read more

I was worried after seeing all the negative reviews, grabbed my stuff and braced myself for a long wait. Parking is convenient, it was raining, so I parked on the lower level, elevator takes you directly up to the 5th floor right in front of their door. I waited maybe 10 minutes as they were trying to sort out the paperwork etc and then the very emphatic nurse took the test and wished me to get better soon. I think I was there for max 30 min. I arrived at 9:20 Monday morning without having made an appointment and there was no-one else, later two people came in. read more

Made an appt online for 11; arrived staff told me no testing after 11 come back at 1. Explained time was given to me via website. Eventually they "made an exception". Restroom for giving urine sample was truly unacceptable, dirty, stocked with supplies and dark. Directed not to wash my hands. Shown to another sink for hand washing....after lab staff poured excess urine down that drain. Truly disgusting. Why couldn't I go to Quest?? read more

In and out in a flash. Absolutely delightful experience. The phlebotomist was personable, painless, efficient.

Probably one of the worst labs I've ever been too. Came in at 11:50 and the door was locked. Nurse came to the door, opened the door a crack, no greeting, asked if I was picking something up with a nasty attitude, I said no, and she said they are closed and to look at the hours at the door. The door said they closed for lunch at 12 to 1. It was not 12 yet. She needs to get her attitude adjusted. read more

With or without an appointment it takes forever. Only one of two computers is working. Staff is overwhelmed, but patient with ever complaining patrons. LabCorps is ruining themselves by having a site that is understaffed, and under resourced. read more

Worst. Slow, technician has no sense of privacy in talking to people in waiting room. Mistake choosing this facility.

Even though I made an appointment I got there and still had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes behind people without appointments. What's the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait? read more

I would not recommend this location I've had to wait for more than an hour on multiple occasions just to get a blood tests that should take two minutes. It doesn't even matter if you make an appointment. read more
