As a parent, you worry when your child is hurting and you're trying to do the right thing to get answers. When we got there, the slender lady with glasses told me they didn't have any orders. We live less than 2 minutes down the street, so I told her my wife would run me the paperwork real quick. They mentioned they close at 4:00, which I understood, and we moved as fast as we could. My wife got there at 3:52 with the paper in hand. I walked back inside at 3:53, and the door was locked. Seven minutes before closing. I stood there honestly shocked, looking through the glass like, did this really just happen? Providing quality service requires professionalism, patience, and compassion. When those qualities are absent, it raises concerns about whether the position is the right fit. I'm a pretty easygoing person. I try to be patient, kind, and respectful to people who are working hard. I know everyone has long days. But when it comes to kids, especially when they're in pain, a little compassion goes a long way.

I couldn't have been told that when I said my doc is faxing them over? Come back the next day with paper labs and they are so good at their job that it took them 5 times to get blood drawn (3 technicians). No I wasn't the problem they just couldn't do it the manager ended up having to. The next time I am to go there for labs I am very hesitant but still go. To my surprise a 5pm closing time is negotiable because 445pm place is locked up tight and no is there. This happened 2 days in a row and it's a big deal since we live an hour from town and made both of these trips for nothing. Also not sure but they should probably consider hiring some kind of cleaning staff most of their labs I have been too are filthy. Alas I found a new place to go to. Quest Diagnostics, go there. They are clean and competent. AVOID LABCORP LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT CAUSE IT MIGHT!

The place was kept clean and it helped ease my discomfort with getting my blood drawn. The location is also so convenient! It's getting easier and easier to book appointments with them as well - they have improved their system online so you can schedule at your own convenience. This will be my go-to moving forward for my blood draws.

Despite arriving before the stated closing time, the doors had already been locked and staff would not allow patients inside. Closing early may seem minor, but for patients coordinating medical appointments around overnight healthcare work schedules, it can have a significant impact. I rearranged my recovery sleep and spent time and gas driving to the location specifically because the posted hours indicated I would still be able to be seen. If a location plans to stop accepting patients before the official closing time, I think it's only reasonable that it be clearly communicated online and on-site so patients can plan appropriately. Otherwise, the posted closing time is misleading. I understand we all are eager to get home after a long day, but ultimately we have a duty to follow through with what we tell our patients they can expect from us. Hopefully this was just a one-off for a location that has otherwise received five stars.

To schedule an appointment you have to either call or do it online. I tried calling first to schedule through their automated messaging system, but it was a frustrating failure. The bot kept cutting me AND ITSELF off, so I just gave up and went online. But their online appointment system isn't the most user friendly experience either, so if navigating tech isn't your thing, you may have similar frustrations here. That being said, I had no choice but to get my labs done here. If you're in the same situation I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend making an appointment rather than doing a walk-in. I made an appointment and wasn't seen until an hour later, so I'd expect even longer wait times without an appointment. They have a TV monitor in the waiting room that displays how long you can expect to wait... all I can say is... don't trust it. When I was finally called in the staff was kind, which is the only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star review... but man... Quest is really cutting corners when it comes to other areas of customer service.

I…read morechecked our insurance and it said that this visit was covered and paid for in full, however, it has not fully processed yet. Why did i get a bill when my insurance has not processed it yet? B) I called the labcorp number and EVERYTHING was automated. I could not even talk to a human about the bill. C) When my husband had his blood drawn they had to turnoff the lights in the waiting area.....for what? Did Lapcorp forget to pay their electric bill? D) After the blood draw they said the Dr would get results the next day. Well, after 2 WEEKS I called the Dr and the Dr had to get the results from Labcorp. This kind of service SUCKS. Having lab tests done is an important job which has an affect on people's lives. It is a business that needs to be run efficiently. Obviously Labcorp does NOT take their business seriously. We will AVOID Labcorp at all costs.

I don't have an appointment. I have a referral to make one in February of next year. There was no action to take, just the robot . On Sunday. When they are closed. The last time I had an appointment they called constantly with reminders. While I was at work, sleeping, on weekends. Not actually calling for information just constant robot reminders. I know there is no other choice here for imaging but this is a real PIA
