I couldn't have been told that when I said my doc is faxing them over? Come back the next day with paper labs and they are so good at their job that it took them 5 times to get blood drawn (3 technicians). No I wasn't the problem they just couldn't do it the manager ended up having to. The next time I am to go there for labs I am very hesitant but still go. To my surprise a 5pm closing time is negotiable because 445pm place is locked up tight and no is there. This happened 2 days in a row and it's a big deal since we live an hour from town and made both of these trips for nothing. Also not sure but they should probably consider hiring some kind of cleaning staff most of their labs I have been too are filthy. Alas I found a new place to go to. Quest Diagnostics, go there. I stood there honestly shocked, looking through the glass like, did this really just happen? Providing quality service requires professionalism, patience, and compassion. When those qualities are absent, it raises concerns about whether the position is the right fit. I'm a pretty easygoing person. I try to be patient, kind, and respectful to people who are working hard. I know everyone has long days. But when it comes to kids, especially when they're in pain, a little compassion goes a long way.

Closing early may seem minor, but for patients coordinating medical appointments around overnight healthcare work schedules, it can have a significant impact. I rearranged my recovery sleep and spent time and gas driving to the location specifically because the posted hours indicated I would still be able to be seen. If a location plans to stop accepting patients before the official closing time, I think it's only reasonable that it be clearly communicated online and on-site so patients can plan appropriately. Otherwise, the posted closing time is misleading. I understand we all are eager to get home after a long day, but ultimately we have a duty to follow through with what we tell our patients they can expect from us. Hopefully this was just a one-off for a location that has otherwise received five stars.
