honestly, i'll probably never be back to this hospital to deal with the staff in the emergency room…read moreor the day nurse i encountered on second floor again. i've experienced what i believe to be passive racism from techs, nurses and doctors. i'm not the person to leave reviews and i try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt however, after three years of coming to this hospital something has to give. due to the hospital staff disrespect and neglect of my care, i have left this place feeling like an angry black woman for wanting answers instead of a cured or to be cured patient. no matter the issue i walk into the ER with, i'm always told it's "normal". well how do you know if i've never gotten a palpation test and half of the time i didn't even see the ER nurse or doctors? the nurse my family member had brushed me off from the beginning so much to the point i'm writing this review. i felt uncomfortable from the moment she saw me and as if asking questions about my family members health was a burden. in this case i should've been told what to look out for in the coming week during discharge and instead i had to ask as she was walking out and she got a snappy tone, a goose neck and a nasty look. but if you just chew gum and ignore your patients questions and concerns, i will become assertive in getting answers. i suggest a bedside manner course or clearing house for your growing/changing population because it's kind of ridiculous. it's 2026, i shouldn't feel like i have to make myself small so that you're comfortable. actually, i've never been given the chance to be myself because i'm 100% labeled as soon as i walk in. in regards to the summit healthcare professionalism, special thank you to Dr Richardson DO and his MAs, Dr Bowen and HUC Charmaine of second floor for all treating me with dignity.

After doing some diagnosis they ascertained I had Covid. Thank goodness I had gotten the vaccine since my symptoms were pretty bad. They would've received 5 stars, but trying to get a hold of anyone in the payment department is non-existent. I called several times and all I got was an answering machine. It can be quite frustrating when you have a huge bill that is due, but can't reach anyone to pay it. In February I had a routine service preformed and the lady who administered the service sent me a Thank You card for choosing CVRMC. I thought that little token of appreciation was very special. The hospital didn't have to send out anything, and the fact that they did and she signed it was touching. I would highly recommend this hospital due to the caring staff.

Can't help but share this…read more... I had my first checkup with Dr. Jacob Ramsey at North Country HealthCare today. In addition to the fact that his smile is bigger than mine, Here's a few things I learned: 1. First and foremost, he has the BEST bedside manner I've ever encountered in a medical professional. This alone is most important to me due to the fact that I've endured 7 surgeries in the last 7 years and tend to struggle with anxiety around doctors. 2. Although the new patient process is a bit strenuous, this clinic is doing a lot for the community. I received and education on the use of narcan and was given some to keep in our emergency kit. 3. Dr. Ramsey is a new resident here in town with a wife and a couple kids and so far LOVES Payson. This is obviously important to me! 4. Dr. Ramsey is new to this office, so making appointments with him may be easier now then with other providers in town. I personally don't like book appointments 30 days out if I can help it. I was able to get seen within 10 days of calling! 5. The more our family tries to be mindful of keeping our money in Town, the more we are impressed at just what Payson has to offer! We love supporting local!

Ultimately they wanted to install a new $25,000 AC unit and would clean the ducts for "free". The second company that came out, name starts with "F", and that's what they wanted to do. We didn't even let the guy finish the inspection to get a quote because he too wanted to upsell us. We then called Gesundheit. Mr. Barker gave a quote over the phone based on the number of vents in the house. Added cleaning the dryer vent for an additional $129. The two guys that came out did a great job cleaning the vents and cleaning up after the job was done. They took care to treat our home with respect as they performed their job. If you need your ducts cleaned in the Verde Valley/Prescott area, call Gesundheit.
