She took multiple blood samples for a doctors order and I'm usually squeamish about these types of blood draws but she was excellent! It's always a quick in-and-out process, and the staff have consistently been friendly and professional. Had multiple biopsies done at the dermatologist, and over two weeks later, still waiting for the results from Lab Corp. No excuse for this! Hopefully the specimens haven't been lost. Will request another lab next time. UPDATE: Dermatologist finally received the pathology results, 16 days after the procedures, two lesions were malignant! Unbelievable that there was this much of a time delay for results. REQUEST ANOTHER LAB!!!! ( most insurance companies have several approved lab choices) read more

Don't like the receptionist at this location. She is not friendly at all. I came for a drug screening. Before I arrived I went on the website looking for information on their policy about underage children in the facility. No info was on the website so I called. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. As soon as I got in the door the receptionist greeted me and saw my son with me. She asked if I had anyone to watch him while I was in the lab area. I said no. Instead of her just telling me I would need to have someone with me to watch him. She directed me to read a sign on her desk. How rude is that? That was a very dismissive attitude. She could have just told me. Especially since she was already talking to me about it. I'm sure she gets a lot of push back from other people but I just left and came back later with my husband. Issue solved. In really think that part that is most disturbing is her dismissive attitude. After my experience with this receptionist I decided to look at some of the reviews on yelp and Google. Google actually had some reviews about this same receptionist and the poor customer service that she provides. They mentioned her name so I know it is the same person. I really hope someone sees these reviews and has a coming to reality conversation with her. read more

I went here for a Covid antibody test. I registered and made an appointment online which was very easy. When I arrived, they had a check in kiosk. I waited for very few minutes before I was brought to the back. The woman who took my blood was very friendly and professional. I got my results within two days. Fabulous experience! read more

Very bad customer, first why is it necessary to have a person at a front office, when everyone is using the Labcorp express? So when people walk in all that is needed is a person that is able to assist people. So i go up to the window and there is a lady in a white coat, sitting in a chair, texting on her phone, really.
