There you will find meter parking for under two dollars for a 30 minute time slot, using the MeterUp app. Secondly, once you get to 227 N. Broad Street, look to your left and there is a LED screen to look up the names of the five options and you'll see Quest Diagnostics. That will allow you to speak with the receptionist who will buzz you in. About 12 feet in front of you on your left-hand side or the entrance doors to the lab facility. Yes, there is one check in machine that scans your government issued ID and health insurance card, and verifies your appointment. I waited under 7 minutes, was greeted by a cordial and professional staff member, and taken into a patient room to have my blood drawn, with professional and quality care. In less than 15 minutes from when I had entered, I departed the facility. The facility will be closing on June 22, 2024. Therefore, people won't have anything left to gripe about, and you'll need to go to another location in the city and have your lab test performed.

I've also not witnessed anyone not getting decent service or being talked down to as if they did not know what they were doing. The lab techs taking blood have been excellent! I don't do the pre-check in because it's never been too busy in the early mornings. The facility/building itself is not the brightest. It appears run down and in need of an upgrade with cosmetics throughout. It is clean, though, as one would hope for a blood and urine lab collection agency. I told them ANYWHERE other than Concentra on Holstein Avenue. I read the Yelp reviews and was a little scared of what to expect. I didn't have an appointment and just walked in around 3:45 pm. When you arrive, you have to ring the bell so that they can buzz you into the building. When I got on the elevator, I pressed the 2 Button and the elevator DID NOT go up. I had to call the office and let them know I was in the elevator and needed to come up to the office. I think they pressed a button in their office b|c the elevator button lit up and I was able to get to the 2nd floor. The Nursing Assistant (I'm assuming because she wore Burgundy scrubs) gave me paperwork to fill out (which was less paper than other Urgent Cares that I've been to for these same reasons). The office is fairly small. Not too many people can be serviced at one time. There was two small couches and a few single chairs for patients to wait. They had a TV and a water dispenser for hot|cold water. When I arrived, it was like THREE people in the waiting room. After approximately 30 minutes, my name was called. I went back with the Nurse?!? She took my vital signs and asked me a few questions like my allergies, PMH, height, weight. She also drew my Quantiferon lab. I was then ushered into the exam room where I waited for the doctor to come and examine me. The examination didn't take that long. All in all, I was there for about an hour. I would definitely return if necessary.

Nothing says "holiday" like slicing a tip of your thumb off with a mandolin while preparing a sweet…read morepotato au gratin for a Christmas gathering. That's what landed me here at urgent care. The care I received here was incredible, from the front desk, to the nurse who took my blood pressure (Jas) and the amazing PA (Jean Marie) who took care of my botched thumb and made me laugh. I was having trouble with my insurance card and the woman at the front desk worked hard to help me figure it out (and she did!) and was so patient. Jas was a delight and put me at ease immediately. And Jean Marie was exceptional! She listened patiently to my neurotic ramblings, suggested that anytime one slices their finger with a mandolin that immediacy is necessary instead of the 24 hour wait that I took (I politely reminded her it was actually only 23 hours) and worked on my thumb so there would be proper healing. Two shots in my hand for numbing my thumb, manipulation and bandaging and a tetanus shot later, I was good to go. I admit, I was a pretty nervous and reluctant patient but everything about this center was great. Especially Jean Marie. If you are going to slice your thumb while preparing a meal (among any myriad of things that unfortunately bring you to a medical center) you will want a Jean Marie. Actually you will want THIS Jean Marie. She is the best!
