I asked her again to cancel my walk-in appointment but she got up from her desk and waddled away to make numerous photo copies with her back turned to me. However, she was congenial, smiling, and chit chatting with those that had an appointment. Everyone should be treated the same. Not everyone can make an on-line appointment. Finally after a week of trying to get them on the phone for a referral I had to go there and pick it up. Then someone decided to call me to inform me the referral was sent. Then the referral was not set up correctly. This place is not good for seniors. Their new ARPN is not very personable nor efficient.

I came in this morning for my every 3 month blood work. I have been getting my blood drawn since I…read morewas 2 weeks ago so this is second nature to me. I always ask for the "butterfly needle" as my veins are super small and the bigger needles hurt me and bruise me extremely badly. I've been here 5 times and always asked for the butterfly needle and they have always gotten one and it works out. Well this morning I come in like normally and ask for the butterfly needle, at first she says we don't have that. I proceeded to say, yes you do because I've always gotten it here. She pulls out a black needle and says this is all we have, then notices how small my veins are. She then goes around looking for a butterfly needle but another employee says they don't have any. She proceeds to draw my blood with the bigger needle. This isn't right, you should ALWAYS have butterfly needles handy for little kids and young adults like me that have small veins. Plus the bigger needles hurts and that's coming from someone who has done this since she was 2 weeks old. I have never complained until I started getting my blood drawn down here in Florida. No i'm not originally from here but I need to be able to get my blood drawn every 3 months for my condition. This isn't right and it's always an issue in Florida, I was blessed with the best phlebotomists up in the midwest.

Had one of the worst demeanors for somebody working in the medical industry we've ever experienced. her demeanor was rude, short and degrading. My fiancé had a broken foot and this receptionist did not want to go out of her way to even give her a clipboard so she could sit down and fill out paperwork. Once we got into the actual room to have the foot we made the mistake of assuming we were talking to a doctor. There are no doctors . Not doctors. We were charged for an x-ray. And told we couldn't get a copy until the next day because they had to get it over to an orthopedic center to look at. Then we were told the orthopedic center needed. Two people to confirm looking at x-rays. If you're an orthopedic specialist, one should be able to read the x-ray. At the time they told us her foot was broken and tried to sell us a boot for her foot the cost of buying it Online. And the next day they called and said it was not broken, but we are referring you out to an orthopedic specialist probably so they can get a kick back. Worst experience a doctors office. Number one worst receptionist for this kind of business. This receptionist compassion was lazy and slovenly and only wanted to get the doors closed so she could go home. Terrible experience I highly recommend you go somewhere wasting your money there.

The rudeness the provider directed toward me and my young son was blatant, unprofessional and borderline aggressive. I suggested we try the test again and after derisively demanding my five-year-old to "be a man" he went to find someone to redo the test. He slammed the door behind him so loudly that my daughter, son, and I jumped. I will try to consider that the provider was frustrated, overwhelmed, and busy. I've worked in healthcare for over a decade and have observed this unprofessional behavior before. Something that I DO encounter more are people that go ABOVE AND BEYOND. A young woman came in and spoke to my son like he was a human child and made the testing fun. Telling him to show her his "superpowers". He completed the test quickly this fantastic healthcare professional even helped me get the important paperwork I needed. This wonderful healthcare worker turned a scary experience for my son into a joyful one!

We got to see Dr. Seifert and she was great. Gave us some amoxicillon for an ear infection and gave me some saline for the nebulizer saying that would dry up his congestion if I could get him to breathe it in. Maybe 5 hrs after leaving he was so much better and now a day after and hes doing great. I recommend her above anyone else. She helped me get some sleep finally and I can't thank her enough!! Hope she gets to see this review someday cause she's top notch!!
