If they were incapable of completing the test, they then should have had the courtesy to notify her that they were behind. They do not answer the phone, at all. Hopefully she will hear back soon. It's been 6 days. Please do not waste your time or money and find an alternative to this test site. Update: 7.8.20 - My mother took her test on June 30th & still does not have an update. She e-mailed them and they have yet to respond. She was told she would receive results this past Saturday. It is now Wednesday. Still, no one has had the decency or courtesy to even tell her they are behind. Please save yourself the anxiety and do not use this testing facility.

The front desk receptionist Taylor, makes you feel like a life long friend. She takes the time to engage personally with you, does what ever she can to help you; and it's evident she truly cares. And then there's Kim. I LOVE this chick!! She is a great time, we always laugh and she makes you feel so comfortable when addressing your concerns. She's so relatable. Roxanne always makes you feel like her only patient of the day. She really takes the time to sit with you, listens to your concerns, answers your questions, and respects your medical decisions. I love that she doesn't push pills - she tries to go more holistic (and that's exactly what I was looking for). She truly puts you and your health first. Her recommendations have been life changing for me and my husband . I will continue to drive to see them; it's a family feel with real results. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. Even though the facility is clean and the doctors were nice I still don't think I will chance coming back here again. Too many other options in the area that'll try first. My story goes . . . I showed up at 7:45 and there was already 3 people in line. Before they opened at 8am there was 4 more people behind me waiting in line. I got a faulty iPad for checkin and the receptionist forgot to take my license and insurance card. One or both caused me to lose my place in line. By the time I was called, everyone waiting when they opened including all 4 people after me AND two people who were not even in line at opening had been called. Yes there is a sign that says patience can be called out of order for visits that do not involve a doctor but at least two that came after me needed to be tested for strep & I assume that would require a doctor. So I know for sure my place in line was lost.
