Recently had short notice that I was going to need to take a flight- I am terrified of flying due to recent crashes. I called and got an appointment in 2 days, my doctor was understanding and compassionate and validating. I was able to have medication for my flight the same day. I'm on my flight home now feeling great and not at all afraid. Truly a lifesaver, I am so grateful for the professionals here! You all are incredible at what you do! Not to mention, had bloodwork done about a year ago and discovered the only person that can have me in and out of that chair within one minute without me passing out. Amazing staff, amazing work!!

Talking in the waiting room, there were two other patients who were waiting on their new Doctor's appointment and all said she is no good. They moved on and so did we. One review indicated Dr Baens couldn't find an object in her toddler's ear. Really? Does she need glasses? The mother complained and discharged them from practice. Why? Heard that in other reviews since my wife and I are looking for a real doctor!

Dr. Jody Hutson always takes the time to listen and fully explains everything. I do not have any experience with the Nurse Practitioner. From the moment I walked into the building, until I left, the entire office staff could not have been more courteous, thorough & extremely professional. The front office admins were clearly capable and were able to secure my records from my previous and current physicians this morning - even though none of those doctors' office staff had responded to Dr. Ryan's request for my previous records for the past month! After that, I was escorted to an exam room and was triaged by the practice nurse, Brittany. She was on top of it! Quite thorough and pleasant. Don't forget your Rx bottles! She goes over everything! My bloodwork was taken by a friendly, safe & knowledgeable lab tech (phlebotomist?) and for the life of me, I cannot recall her name (sorry! maybe Shay) I felt so bad for her trying to find one of my awful veins! I informed her how horrible my veins are and she took her time and finally found a vein worth jabbing! Finally saw Dr. Ryan. I have multiple medical issues (for a 55 year old woman.) Without going into any detail, I will be honest and tell you that Dr. Ryan spent quite a bit of time going over each and every one of my many medical concerns with me, answering each question I had. He's "on the ball" and even answered a few questions I had regarding my husband. He did not rush with me at all, and by the time I left his office, he already felt like an "old friend." Which is why I'm writing this review. I was THAT impressed As I said, I'm 55 - so this ain't my first rodeo - and my first impression and humble opinion of Dr. Ryan - without a doubt - surpasses my opinion of just about every single doctor I have ever been a patient of. If you are looking for a great primary care doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan. I am just a little bummed out that I didn't find him 3 years ago when we first moved here!
